We stayed in the new wing and the rooms are modern and well appointed. Great views from the upper floors. The common areas are very spacious and attractive. Good gym and pool. Nearby Owl Market is a lovely local experience for shopping and food. Well located for travellers driving north. Good cafe across the road thru the used car yard, The COCO - Cafe & Homemade Bakery.. Short taxi drive or 2 stops on the Sky Train to the ferry which goes to the city and is scenic.

Far from the city centre. Most guests are package tourists from China who can be a little noisy and inconsiderate. But there is plenty of space so no drama. The breakfast is good but does not change much if you are staying several days.

The staff were great - very professional, helpful and friendly. One young lady in the restaurant remembered my request for a knife at breakfast on the first morning and made sure that one was supplied to me as soon as I entered the breakfast room on subsequent days. This attention to detail was very much appreciated. The close proximity of the hotel to the train line was very useful.

The free wifi in my room in the West Wing wasn't always very good and unable to connect when in the breakfast room although it was ok in the other communal areas.

The lobby, interior design is very appealing, the rooms are well decorated but only the grand deluxe and up, stunning views. Polite and helpful staffs.

The entrance is a bit lacking. It’s a bit far from the city center. The standard rooms needs a make over for sure. During conventions it can get noisy and crowded.

I like that the hotel is located next to a MRT station and Big C supermarket thou it was not within the busy and famous Bangkok city. It was quiet at night and convenient for traveller who prefer to travel to north east side of Thailand.

The price of the breakfast is slightly expensive (400 baht) providing the little variety of food choice.

Location, central facility and staffs are good

I was sent to the old lower building, probably, (room number 1067) I felt like the taller building would be newer, better and more convenience. There are many tourists in the same floor with loud noise and the carpet on the floor outside the room seemed to be very dirty One more thing, the water drainage in the shower room was bad once we stayed in

This hotel is definitely Grand, the lobby is fantastic, luxurious and at the same time comfortable and cosy. The room was very comfortable and quite large; well equipped and very comfortable. So was the bathroom. Whilst one can tell that the hotel is of a slightly older generation, there was never a feeling of shabbyness, on the contrary. We would have loved to stay longer. The breakfast buffet was a dream, very elaborate with both local AND extensive Western cuisine, simply Grand.

The ventilator in the bathroom was either absent or not working. This may have also been the cause of very slight onset of mould in ceteain shower corners , in an otherwise very clean and comfortable area.

Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean and fabulous decorated hotel, great room service and facilities, restaurant dinner great choice and lovely food. Great value for money!

Location wasn't great, nowhere to sit outside the hotel or relax, breakfast average with average choice of food and a bit cold with no warm plates. Lot of road noise from traffic at night and could smell exhaust fumes sometimes.

It is new, clean and has good facilities.

The location is a bit far from the the city proper and for those who are used to night life, entertaiment and good restaurants, they will be disappointed. However, it is next to the Purple MRT line which connects to the main Blue MRT and BTS. The hotel is too big and not lively due to the low occupancy. This also impacts the quality and choice of food within the hotel.

Great breakfast buffet. Bed was plush and soft which I need. Great staff.

I was missing some items from my suitcase after one of the employees brought our suitcases down to the lobby when we checked out. we didn’t notice this until my wife looked for the items at out next destination. It wasn’t anything expensive but it was items we needed to help facilitate our Thailand trip.

Personal car parking services is not good The service person at the front entrance does not proactive and doesn't know how to make impressive dialogue to customer The traffic signages in the parking building is not well designed and inconsistent Please do not use the white and black color for traffic signages It was difficult to see and make confusion
