Everything,, lovely hotel, stylish and modern. Very helpful staff. The pool.is beautiful, not huge but really nice. There's also a small, clean fitness room with treadmills, crossfit machines and a few weights - enough to work up a decent sweat! The location is brilliant, right on the banks of the Mekong.. If you like cycling (I love it!), then the cycle path along the Mekong is a gem. I cycled to the Friendship Bridge from the hotel, about 15km one-way and it is a really nice cycle, it's a proper cycle path, with some excellent infrastructure which was a joy to cycle. I also cycled from the hotel in the opposite direction,about 8km, then I turned back but I had not reached the end of the cycle path - I was happy enough with my 50km in total! Nakhon Phenom is very pleasant, plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars of course. The riverside is best. There are very few tourists here which means you get a more genuine Thai experience I would happily come back here again.

The hotel offers free bikes and I used one. Unfortunately, though, they are pretty awful, little or no maintenance and the mountain bikes were all single-geared because they cut away all the gear cables - too much hassle to maintain, I suppose. Good bikes on the Mekong River cycle path would be fantastic. Of course, not everyone wants to cycle 50 or more kms, for pottering around the town, you'll get by with these wrecks of bikes!

Everything was fantastic, especially considering the bargain price. The location is exceptional ; right by the river with great views along the river and towards the mountains of Laos. Also it's very peaceful. The small road by the river is used mainly by cyclists and walkers/joggers. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby also. There is a 7/11 nearby(5 min walk) along with a small pharmacy and a couple of atm machines. The very best thing about this lovely hotel is that the staff are really professional and very organized. The breakfast is good and well worth paying the extra for when booking your room.

I really didn't like the fact that I only stayed here one night!! Will definitely stay longer if I am lucky enough to visit again.

The location is good, to the south of the town, but beware, the directions supplied by Booking.com are inaccurate and about 2 kms out ! Good size room, with a nice view of the Mekong. Excellent and helpful staff in every area. Decent breakfast. Well worth visiting this hotel.

The location makes it quite a long walk into the town, especially when it is as hot as when we stayed, 30c ! Breakfast is good but real fruit juice ( rather than cordial ) would be appreciated. Bed was a bit "firm" but pleasant bedroom.

The hotel is relatively new therefore everything was very much in place. The view of Mekong river was to die for. The room itself might have looked quite bland for some people but personally i loved it. The staff were very respectful as well as informative. Althou I didn't have breakfast there but the room service food was heavenly.

The room has no usable work desk except a built-in small edge. That was quite unexpected because the room size and space were still empty. The walls between rooms can be considered thinner than other hotels i have stayed at or maybe because the room next door had small children, thus it seems louder than normal circumstances. Not so sure about this one.

Modern hotel with friendly and attentive staff. We upgraded the room to a bigger one which was well worth it. Lots of free parking, a lovely pool area with a restaurant, cafe and bar. A good smart tv and fast wifi. Our second time to stay and we will return on our next trip to Nakhon Phanom.

At the weekend some very loud music can be heard from across the river in Laos, not the hotel's fault but maybe some increased sound proofing could help.

Very nice hotel with option to rent a bike that you can manually cycle and nice rooms and very clean Some restaurants very close by which is a benefit and parking on site if you rent a car

There is a bit of a distance to the main cent so you have to catch transport The parking can get busy due to on-site conference and can get noisy at times and the restaurant is very expensive

I spent one week here and all I can say is that I had a truly pleasant/exquisite stay. I know people usually praise the hotel/bar staff... However, I want to give a special shout-out to the cleaning staff and especially the gardener. They are always working, always on the move and doing their jobs properly. My God, the gardener is so thorough, meticulous and detail-oriented. Big up!!! Thank you for making my stay more than enjoyable 🙏🙏🙏

location... direct at the Mekong. Clean nice room, good bathroom (very nice thick and big towels). Inside architecture... Very kind staff with english no problems. Liked the cafeteria. Normal room with the sofa is fine.

No balcony (not our kind of room), not really much parking space at the hotel (have to go over the road), swimmingpool good for kids, but not so large. Breakfast is very asian (it has some cereal but no muesli, no cheese, no dried meet), but a loot of asian food. Could not open the windows, sound of the airconditionmachine outside (two, even we not used ours we heared the other one all the time). But I have to say I am very noise sensitive.... Mekongview... as we were in the middle of the building (like an U, we were not at the front). So if you really want a good room with good view you have to book the deluxe class or the suit.

The hotel was very well run and the staff were fantastic checking us in. The room was really nice and clean, nice big screen tv with YouTube and Netflix just in case you wanted to watch Non Thai content. Beds were very comfortable and had a relaxing sleep. Shower and toilet were very clean and in great condition. So my feedback is excellent. Would go back there again.

Great hotel, loved the soft pillows. Housekeeping was great, the hotel is really clean. Very nice swimming pool, lots of parking. The bathroom was perfectly sized with a really good, hot shower with great pressure. Easy access to the walking street area with a cycleway overlooking the Mekong river. They also have bikes to rent. We walked a few times and it only took about 25 minutes, a tuk tuk cost 80 Baht. No problems at all, will definitely come again.
