The Movenpick grounds are stunning! It is truly a beautiful drive up onto the property and the vast landscaping is really appealing. We liked the layout of the hotel and the pool area was beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed the chocolate hour in which guests are invited to the lobby for complimentary chocolate samplings. We also really enjoyed some delicious food at the hotel restaurants including the great breakfast selection! Lastly, we enjoyed walking around the hotel grounds. There is beautiful landscaping with lovely gardens, the petting zoo, and fresh air. This all made for a very relaxing stay.

If you don't have a car, there is nothing within walking distance. This was fine for us since we just wanted to stay at the resort and relax. I was a little disappointed with our room for the price of the hotel. Our "balcony" was just an enclosed fire escape. If you've stayed in historic buildings, don't expect this to be like that. It is clear that the hotel is made to feel like a "castle" but that it is not a historical building.

The view from the hotel and the architecture of the hotel is beautiful. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is too far from the town. Atleast you have to drive for 45 mins to go anywhere from the hotel. Not the best place to stay unless you have your own vehicle, since the town does not have local transportation, to go anywhere you have to hire a vehicle which costs a lot of money. Rooms are clean and beautiful however the bed was not comfortable. I believe for the amount of money I paid for the room I should get a much comfortable double bed. Not a twin bed connected together, which somehow leaves a gap in between two beds. And the charging port is too far from the bed, I believe that it's because the room was originally designed as a twin bedroom.

Well, if you want to visit fairyland, then this is the place for you to come to. From the moment we first saw the pictures of the property on the net, we had decided to splurge and stay here. The property actually went one better; it actually surpassed our expectations. Every inch of the property screamed 'luxury' and yet there was an overwhelming sense of calm. There are so many picture perfect views on the property that you can never feel you have captured enough snapshots. Cartoon, the friendly restaurant manager, went out of her way to arrange vegetarian breakfast for us, for which we are deeply thankful. All in all, you cant go wrong with anything here.

The price obviously, is something that one thinks twice about. But it is absolute value for every baht spent.

Loved the big spacious suite and balcony space. The surrounding lawns offered a lot of space for children to explore and run around at. Kids loved the swimming pool, swings etc. There is also a section with animals. Loved the scenic and serene morning view of the mountains and the castle-like interior.

The hotel is a little out of the way. When we drove in the evening, some of the roads were not lit. But just a minor inconvenience for the experience of living in a ‘castle’.

Property was nice, clean & beautiful. Huge property and few options like animal feeding etc. Cafe was good but limited options.

Breakfast was average since variety wasn't there much. Bakery item quality wasn't up to mark. The biggest issue was that staff opened door when we were there in room which is a big security issue. Buggy availability was issue in peak hours moreover initially parking was issue when we checked in.

the castle exterior was exceptional, breakfast buffer was amazing. we stayed in the villa and they have private bbq sent to our villa when we ordered.

however, one of the toilet doesnt work properly, the water keep running unless we flush in a certain way, and on the last day the water stopped coming completely from it. althought the bbq was great, we waited for 1,5 hours for it to be ready and sent to the villa.

The hotel was large and had amazing design like a castle. The room was big and cheap. Provided facilities such as swimming pool, horseback riding, animal farm interaction, golf and others. Had amazing view and nice staffs. It was definitely different from other hotels with its building architecture and wide space of land.

No lounge or bar, could have more diverse food choices for the breakfast.

Services - The hotel is amazing, services are great, people are nice and friendly, the ladies kept their smiling face all the time. Facilities - exactly how it looks, you can just stay in the hotel no need to go anywhere else. The bed - nice and comfy Air conditioning - best of the best Lighting and decoration - perfect

- Road way can be little tough -The running water in shower isn't so great -The foods are standard and a little expensive. -The upgraded room we've been offered was on the ground floor, but for this particular hotel it's best to be on higher floor so the experience of the outsideview can be more spectacular, wider and more open.

I did not have the breakfast because I was wake up late. but my driver said it was good

I like all the people who's working there they are very nice people. I have my dog with me. my dog love it and so happy I wake up every morning and run with my dog there was the best weekend I had. The was good resting place and people is very kind .
