Breakfast had a pretty good range of choices, but the noodle soup station was the best. Food should be kept warmed and heated throughout the entire meal duration but it was not, hence the food turned cool before we could start eating. Rooms were spacious and comfy, great views overlooking the countryside, aircon was cold and overall cleanliness is good too. Would recommend to others for a nice and quiet stay in Khao Yai.

Luggages could be transported in a safer manner when being moved on the buggy. My brand new luggage dropped off the buggy and slid down the paved road for almost 10 meters and was badly scratched. Feedback to hotel manager and she gave me a discount of my dinner at the hotel restaurant and private onsen for my entire family, with late check-out until 2pm (which I didn't use).

The manager went round to talk to all the guests at breakfast time to chat with us about our time at the hotel and in Thailand. Making sure everyone was happy

Could do with some form of transport to the local market etc at the bottom of the hill as quite a walk up a steep hill if you don't have your own transport

Everything is really delightful at The Paz. From the moment you arrive until you, reluctantly, have to leave the staff can't do enough to help you. It really is a wonderful place to spend time unwinding.

Some of the rooms are a little difficult to get to and from if you're not good on your feet! Steep slopes and steps. Please make the staff aware and they will help you. The outside cinema is a bit loud

The hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed. The breakfast I have every morning is very good.Especially the omelettes are the best.The staff are very kind and always smile. I like them very much. Especially I would like to say thank you to Joy,Art and Tim. I really enjoyed to stay in The Paz. I’ll stay there again.

I had 2 breakfast meals at the hotel. They provide variety of food and they taste good. The bed and pillows are exceptional. Exactly how my friend and I like! Hotel staffs were helpful and quick to take action. Very impressive.

Room condition isn't good. Seems like materials used isn't of high qualiity. Wood floor makes sound when you walk. There's water leak in the bathroom ceiling. Room design and decoration is of good taste but cheap quality.

It was like staying in a Bond villain’s lair. So dramatic. Stunning design. Fabulous views and very quiet. On our afternoon at The Paz we had the infinity pool to ourselves.

The location is great It is on the hill and quite more peaceful than the others. The staffs are helpful. Good breakfast.love ka nom jeen.

The service at the restaurant is quite slow it is maybe because a lot of guest during the year end season.

I booked a garden view villa. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. An outstanding view from the villa. The perfect place to relax and chill out. Nice to get away from busy Bangkok. Khun Gift at the front reception was very nice. She did a great job to welcome us. Thank you.

The bathroom lighting was very poor. It needs new lighting. Even with the blinds open in the bathroom it was too dark to shave properly. The towels were old and need replacing.
