Superb value, lovely Thai-style city hotel with good air-conditioning, nice beds, large bathrooms with hot water shower, and lovely traditional Thai breakfast. Plenty of car parking too. And best of all, it's right next to the wonderful Nakhon Sawan park with plenty of nearby cafés and restaurants. Only about 500m to the Big C/V Square shopping centre too. You won't find a better city-centre hotel in such a lovely city as this anywhere on the planet, for real!

Staff helpful. Room clean. Great cleaning crew. Have a restaurant. Safe and adequate parking.

The room TV is operated with 2 remotes not just 1. In the past there was only 1 remote control needed. I could operate that very well. This new 2 remote control system is too confusing for me. So I gave up trying to understand how to work it. The staff kindly explained to me 2 times but I gave up trying to operate the remotes. I watched Internet news on my Android tablet.

Check-in was easy and quick. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was near a lake which used by the locals to relax, workout, jog, walk...

There was no coffee or hot pot in the room to make coffee. The hotel did offer free coffee from a machine in the lobby, but I, being a two cup before I can function type of guy, found this inconvenient, as I was on the 6th floor. The elevator was also malfunctioning two of the days I was there. I had to use the stairs several times.

We didn't stay for breakfast, but the complimentary coffee/tea/cocoa machine was surprisingly good! And there are lovely areas for sitting and enjoying your drink in the lobby. Very nice, receptive staff. Ample parking and very central location without being noisy.

The water quality was terrible -- it smelled of chlorine made my skin very dry and itchy. This could easily be solved by installing a large water filter for the whole hotel where the municipal water enters the building. The bathroom walls needed a good scrubbing.

The location is excellent. I would almost have to drive by if I was traveling straight through the town. The rooms are large and the beds fairly comfortable. Several restaurants within walking distance. I book this place for an overnight stay whenever I am travelling between Chiang Mai and the beach down South.

There is a free coffee machine in the lobby, but none in the room. The furnishings look a little tired, but everything is clean. The lack of luxuries is reflected in the price, which is excellent.

I’ve stayed in over 30 hotels in 2023 . PAVille is The best hotel I’ve stayed in Thailand this year. The location is Amazing. Close to everything. Literally across the street from the lake . Short walk to both major malls . Some of the big Tourist attractions can be accessed by a walk . Or easy walk to get transport to them . Room was Large , with big bed . Big desk for work . Good bathroom . Great luggage storage. Amazing view of the city , lake And tourist attraction- big buddha etc on the hill etc. Just Awesome. Excellent Value for your money . 5 *****

Quick check-in and friendly staff. Large rooms with nice bed linen. Good location near the main highway, but couldn't hear any traffic noise. Free coffee machine in the foyer, but only available 6.00 am to 4.00 pm.

Noisy old air-conditioning with the remote screwed to the wall. No 7/11 within easy walking distance.

15 minutes from the Station, near some restaurants and the gorgeous lake. Staff were always friendly and ready to help. Nice clean spacious room and bathroom. Lift and cheap DIY laundry onsite. A drying rack on the balcony. Great value for money.

location. walking distance to bus terminal to other cities. near Big C supermarket and shopping area. opposite the big park, street food and nice restaurants nearby.

the carpark is a huge concrete slab, the heat is reflected and blinds the eyes. it was early June and the heat is unbearable. good to have more plants or grass on carpark area. if there is plant on the balcony of each room, it will be aesthetically and environmentally more pleasing. the floor in the bathroom of 301 where I stayed was always wet, there is something wrong with the drainage

I stay here every time I am passing through Nakhon Sawan. It's clean, cheap and just off the main highway. There's an excellent bistro across the park, and the park itself is very pretty.

Tea and coffee facilities are in the lobby, not in your room. That's not ideal for me, but the cost of providing them in each room would then be likely to raise the price per night.
