The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but it's good enough. It's not a breakfast buffet, but with options of either Western style or Thai style, plus some Thai dessert. The car park is big and there is paid laundry service. There are USB charging ports on the power socket.

If you are driving your own cars to Uthai Thani, it will be difficult to move around as there are no taxi or Grab services. But the hotel could help and call the Tuk Tuk or tricycle for short travels.

Perfect hotel to stay in when visiting Uthai Thani town. Absolutely spotless and comfortable, has everything you need and the owner is so helpful also! Beautiful breakfast brought to room is something you don't see to often! Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay!!

The room was well set out, plenty of storage facilities. Good breakfast. Very helpful & friendly staff. A parting gift when we checked out. A first for us.. Very clean. Great value for money.

The lady on reception was wonderfully caring and helpful. The breakfast had extras like Thai deserts and cake. Car parking is available and the rooms are very clean with a microwave , a balcony where you can hang washing and lots of complimentary extras like toiletries. Also have individual bath robes and a good shower.

There is no elevator so if you are on a higher floor heavy luggage may be a problem for the elderly. There are small steps in the room between the bathroom and the room entry area and also between the entry area and the bed area, you can catch the step if you are not careful. The location is a bit away from the central market shopping area although we like to walk so this was not an issue .Apart from this everything was very good and highly recommended.

Cozy small place to stay, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is in good location, not far from town and the reiver.

Very good hospitality. Provide a simple breakfast and delicious. The place is near the public park for morning exercise, this public park is along the ParSak reiver where you get the fresh air + Ozone.

Superb hotel in a not so popular tourist place. Well stocked rooms. Great hotel overall.
