Third time staying. Room comfortable with balcony. Guest car park if you driving. Little bit isolated if you want go food shops as farther to go but wasn't a problem for us. Staff always helpful and friendly. We have stayed in room with double bed and twin rooms before depending availability. The twin room though the staff just push the beds together etc making one large bed. Bathroom has shower with hot water. Might think you take that for granted but stayed in hotels before where only had cold.

Though it wasn't a problem for us but if you want everything located outside the hotel then you going to have to walk fair distance.

Staff was unbelievable. I had a medical emergency and they took me to the hospital, waited, took me to a 2nd hospital, waited, and drove us back after 3.5 hours at 12 PM on a Friday night. They brought us breakfast to our room the following morning. They were helpful with fast communication on Line to get new Internet codes, send up breakfast, and coordinate. What an AMAZING experience. Room was great with 2 bathrooms, a bedroom, and social area. Bed was firm and comfortable. Sky Bear was great with wonderful food, amazing smoothies all for a great price. If I am ever back in Udon Thani, I am staying at Amanta.

Nothing. Everything was as or better than expected. We had a great experience at Amanta.

Location was ideal for us whilst visiting family in the area.Located a stones throw from the Mekong River and probably half a mile from the Thai/ Laos Friendship Bridge for anyone wishing to venture into Laos.

Breakfast is the usual Asian style breakfast and plenty of it, which is fair enough but if they’d had just a couple of other options available like the majority of similarly rated hotels do (bacon/baked beans etc) it would have been perfect, for me anyway😄

Room was very spacious.

Breakfast was OK. I don't like eggs sunny side up, but that was the default way they were cooked. I'm used to the wait staff asking how you would like the eggs cooked (i.e. over easy, over hard, scrambled, or omelet). There may have been a language mix up, although I asked for my eggs over medium, they came sunny side up and I had to ask for them to be cook more. The chef did what they could considering the eggs already had ham and cheese on them.

Good breakfast. Big safety box. Nice bathroom.

Security was not really given. Everybody can walk in to the hotel on the side entrance and don’t need to pass the reception. The staff doesn’t speak English, only Thai. Inside the room, there was no daytime curtain and hotel guests from the opposite building can see everything what you do in the room! For Wi-Fi, a daily login ritual was necessary which is annoying. It’s noisy because of a Main Street and the roof bar from the hotel with load music.

Staff were very attentive rooms were exceptionally clean

I did not like the fact I was charged 300 bht for a towel 😐 this was outrageous 😳 I could of provided a new towel for less or washed it myself. I have travelling all around the world never have I been charged for a dirty towel. Disgusting 🫣

Very clean, beautiful hotel with very attentive breakfast staff.

Loud music can be heard all night from a closely property. The managers really ought to keep filing noise complaints until the police stop the constant noise. Construction occurring across the street all night and all day.

1. Very dark room, light is not enough, only dark curtain. 2. Plug in the room is not enough. 3. Hotel serve welcome drink at roof top bar with nice view but quality of drink is very bad, should improve. 4. Lift is small but ok.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable and there was a large bathroom with a good shower. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was excellent, lots of different dishes, all freshly made

wifi password is changing everyday. not close to city center. needed taxi to go around.
