Park and pool was a wonderful, peaceful,restful oasis for us ! We stayed for a night on the way to Laos and enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed for 5 nights on the way back to Bangkok - We would have loved to stay even longer ! The grounds are well kept and beautiful, the pool is clean and lovely, the villas are comfortable and have a little seating area outside. We ate and drank a few times at the restaurant and everything we had was good. The staff were all so welcoming and attentive. We were so grateful for their help and advice during our stay.

It was all so good. Peaceful at night time too. We enjoyed exploring the area around the train station and the market that was vibrant on Sunday.

Before I start with this review. Just let me make clear that I booked a Villa (wooden Thai house). And I’m used to Thai accommodation. So from that perspective it was good. Hotel has a nice swimming pool. Staff is friendly. So for Thai standards it was good. For western could still use some improvements.

Also read positive parts for context: - room was reasonably clean. It is a Thai wooden house. So wood works and make gaps. So animals can get in easy. (So also think about that if you get stung by mosquitoes easy). Seems room wasn’t used for a few days. So spider webs where at the ceiling again, and left and right some dead bugs around. Only real bad think that i can not blame nature for but really a bad cleaning where the spots in the television. Clearly human made and clearly fully in sight. Fridge was still turned off. Airconditioning isn’t the strongest. For ladies: no make up table with mirror. Only mirror is in the bathroom. But bathroom has no outlets. So hairstyling/drying for lady’s can be bit of a challenge. Same goes for men and electric shaving (if you not have a cordless)

The pool and surrounding gardens were exceptional for a 3 star hotel. The main building and cabins were attractive and well maintained. The room was good...and clean. The location was perfect for transiting via the railway station...just a 5 minute walk.

The breakfast was very ordinary. Average selection and warm items were quite cold. The main negative with the breakfast was the location. It was located in a large, poorly appointed function room...a big mistake. It would be far better to utilise the attractive pool area and cafe for breakfast. I would also suggest moving the reception away from the function room. This room needs a makeover from someone who has a basic understanding of interior design.

It's a quite charming hotel and especially convenient if you travel across the Friendship Bridge by train or by car because it is just a couple of hundred metres from the train station and has a large parking facility. However, if you are primarily interested in Nong Khai, then the location is not that convenient as it is a few kilometres from the city centre. The pool area is very pleasant, the restaurant offers good quality food, the breakfast selection is impressive, the hotel staff is professional and friendly. The rooms are also quite all right, nice enough for a short stay, and the price was more than competitive.

As in most hotels, sound insulation is very lousy, so you wake up with the people in the rooms next to you or even on the same corridor. Probably a different story if you are staying in one of the bungalos, there it shouldn't be an issue. I was also disappointed that there was not a single chair in the room, also the beds were a bit less comfortable than what I am used to in Thailand, but that could have been my personal problem. All in all, a decent hotel, especially for a short stay.

Great pool. Excellent breakfast, and restaurant/Cafe facilities in general. Private villas are extremely comfortable. A short walk from Nong khai Railway station and a very close 711 for incidental purchases. Staff are very good and friendly. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. Design and decor are quality and very tasteful, giving a lovely ambience. We were very happy and comfortable here, and extended our stay. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future, and have already recommended it to other travellers.

Fabulous pool and gardens. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was included and had everything you could want including eggs and fresh fruit. Ok restaurant menu with reasonable prices. There's a 7/11 about 10 minutes walk and it's less than 5 minutes to the station, which was perfect for us as we were heading south. It's also a short tuktuk trip from the border with Laos. We didn't see the town as we were there just to use the hotel pool.

Nothing, except there was no hairdryer but we managed to cope😁

It was a great place to stay and a great price considering it has a decent little pool. Very good buffet breakfast. Rooms were of a reasonable standard with all the usually amenities, air conditioning, TV, fridge, a kettle including water, coffee and tea.

The only thing I didn't like and really that wasn't their fault it was mine as I didn't read the small print when I booked it 6 months before. I paid for 2 adults and a child so expected to get a double and a single but when we were shown to the room it was just 2 singles. I should have checked that small print as it was correct on my booking and upgrading to a double and 1 single almost doubled the price so I left it as it was.

Beautiful resort decorated like a park and have a swimming pool. We go by train and it was only 300 meter from nong Khai train station. Price was reasonable less than 1000 bath for 2 person including English and thai buffet breakfast. Staff were very helpful . Call grab for us . Our room tv wasn't working then they change to a villa 💯 . Breakfast was standard in that price .overall a good and clean resort . If u go by train it's best for u and only 1 km from lao border .

We go as couple but they didn't give queen size big bed , instead 2 single bed . Other things were ok .

Beautiful little oasis hidden away in the middle of the city. Within walking distance from the train station. Wonderful pool area in a lush and gren tropical garden. Friendly staff and a cute little bar. I recommend to stay in a villa around the pool instead of the main hotel building.

Breakfast could have been more varied. Nong Khai itself is not a spectacular city. Not exactly your dream holiday resort. But if you are passing through, this is the hotel you want to be in.

The pool s great , the staff are always eager to help and always have a smile . They booked a taxi to the river front prominade so I didnt have to drive and could have a drink. Breakfast is basic but good and as its a buffet breakfast you can eat as much as you want. My 2nd time hear in the last 3 years and really liked it last time . will definitely stay here any time I come to Nong Khai.
