The hotel was beautiful, the staff were amazing, the rooms were big and spacious even though we had a very average room. We walked past a roo. Being cleaned, and it was like a palace from the inside. They have a shuttle service to the shopping mall and the beach, which is great and helps minimise the spending on taxis and grab cars. Location is not bad but a little far from shops and markers if you want to head out for a stroll.

No air-conditioning in the lifts or the hallways. The lifts have a waiting time of up to 10 mins. The complimentary van is first in best dressed and takes 14 people only, when you think, nearly every day there are at least 2/3 bus loads of tourists coming,its not much. Also the pool area is very dangerous and the toilets near the pool. The tiles are very slippery and not suitable for wet areas. Rooms have cutlery, but no knives. The shuttle timetable was changed , but not everyone was notified. Also there is a service charge which you aren't told about when you order any food or drink and a 2000b deposit that you need to make upon checkin which is refundable on checkout. But if you don't have money you will need to exchange at the hotel rate which is very low.

I had such a great experience! The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from, whether you’re in the mood for something light or a hearty start to the day. Everything was well-stocked and neatly presented, with friendly staff making sure it stayed that way. The pool area was another highlight. The pools were sparkling clean and clearly well-maintained, and the convenience of having poolside towels readily available was a nice touch. It made relaxing by the water effortless and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay with thoughtful details that really enhanced the experience!

My daughter is only 2 but there was plenty for her to do and the pools were child friendly for all ages. Great breakfast selection made everyone in the family happy. Room was well laid out with separate bedroom area and lounge area. My daughter absolutely loved every minute and we wish we didn't have to leave. If ever we are looking for a holiday to relax and not leave the hotel we will be choosing this place. The room on the 22nd floor is stunning at sunset and such a lovely environment to go and relax. Pity it wasn't open later to have a beer and watch the world go by.

It's not what we didn't like but people should be aware there are a limited number of lifts and on busy times you can be waiting for a very long time. The room service was well delivered but the food left a little to be desired compared to an impressive breakfast. We were a little surprised they do not have a nice evening restaurant on site it felt like it was missing and also they serve no alcohol anywhere at the hotel which we found a little odd. Now we know we can bring our own next time.

Comfy bed. Complimentary jasmine tea at the lobby was lovely. Staff were really helpful. They did their best to accommodate our requests.

- Waited for quite a while to check-in however it was well managed by Front officers. - I also had to waited for 45 mins to get my room and when I got the room I found some dirty stains in the toilet bowl however the housekeeping staff came straight to clean it up immediately after I called and she sincerely apologized. - No slippers and bathrobes provided in the room I appreciated the enthusiasm and politeness of the staff here.

My wife and I travel at least 3-4 months per year and centre point was the most comfortable hotel we've stayed in. The room had two areas the bedroom and kitchen with small patio. It had big windows with great views l. The bed was comfy. The employees were the best I've seen very helpful was Gina and Mint at front desk. It had a wave pool that was very nice. It's close to Bangkok hospital. Just all around a great experience.

Facilities in the property are very good and quite exceptional for families with children. Having “own” mini-aquapark is a win

1) All good comes with pretty high price, of course it all depends, but my wallet still hurts 2) Very far from center/beach side of Pattaya, hotel located near and even beyond the Sukhumvit road, so going anywhere (massage/party/beach/etc) requires more taxi and more time.

Breakfast if the guest cannot finish, please allow us to take a box or take away. Rather than I sneak it out.. just be reasonable and Mark tick box that if anything happened with that food poisoning no response from Hotel is fine.

It's worth the money and a very friendly hotel. Shuttle bus available to different areas free of charge. The lounge on the 22nd floor is amazing and an excellent place to relax and enjoy the view.

Breakfast was not containing any Halal food which makes it very difficult to our kids 😭😔.

Staff were very helpful and effecient. It was very busy period with new year but staff made sure our stay was comfortable and went out of their way to help. The wave pool etc was fun for small children. Small kitchen inside room was very convinient

Hotel has many floors and rooms but facilities like breakfast, lifts and lobby etc get over crowded and busy. Room was furnished to a basic level but clean.

The pools and facilities are really good for the family. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable.

We stayed over the weekend, it was very busy. We waited an hour to check -in. There were too busy and we had to wait for the lifts very long time. There is not enough lifts for the whole tall building. We were with some one who can't use the stairs which was an issue.
