If you want a brand new western style stay then this is for you. Everything you want is on hand.

There is a muslim mosque fairly close, close enough that you have to endure the unnecessary loud speaker brainwashing rants when they decide to do it. nothing your ear-pods cant fix. Just telling the truth.

The staff were polite and made an effort to communicate in English. The breakfast selection included curries, rice, noodles, and ramen, with Western options such as sausages, potato wedges, and ham. Additionally, the room was spacious and comfortable.

There was no clear information regarding food allergens, which made it difficult for my partner, who has celiac disease, to find suitable options. However, after some communication, the staff kindly provided her with a gluten-free roll for breakfast, which was appreciated.

After my complaint that I had no hot water in the room and my refrigerator was empty, it was resolved to my complete satisfaction within 2 hours. Hot water and drink in the refrigerator. My rental car had a spot in the garage below the hotel. The staff was very helpful in getting back on the road. The breakfast was varied and well prepared. There was something to choose from for everyone. I really enjoyed the beautiful Zen hotel room suite. Atmospheric with beautiful lighting that creates a romantic atmosphere.

Some point of attention perhaps. Furniture coverings and floor coverings were no longer as attractive in general areas. They were fine in my hotel room.

Perhaps its distance from crowded areas and the pool’s excellent timing—open until 10 PM—are its best features.

I was expecting to stay at an internationally branded hotel, but I was surprised to find it’s just a local chain. The breakfast is very limited, and the options are not suitable for Gulf guests—perhaps only the eggs are acceptable. I recommend everyone to bring their own cheese, as it’s not available at breakfast. The water pressure in the path ro is very low, but overall, the hotel is family-friendly and quiet.

Overall the hotel is nice, modern lobby, the rooms are of a good size.

The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear everything in the hallways and other rooms. Unfortunately the breakfast was very poor, only black tea or coffee, not even green teabag or camomile - like any other hotel standard, only processed toast bread, no cheese at all, so if you are used to Western style breakfast, you ll be disappointed. The location is not the best if you came for holidays, for a business trip it is ok.

The hotel (we stayed in the zen building) is not as nice as the pictures. The room is not maintained well, and cabinet doors and wallpaper are falling off. You need a taxi to go anywhere, which is the norm in Thailand, but there are better locations to stay in Pattaya North. Pool is very exposed, and we didn't feel comfortable using it

Quite clean and always smell pleasant. Breakfast is way better than many other hotels in Pattaya. Coffee is excellent.

- Located in the middle of nowhere, far far away from everything - No market, no shop, no beach, not a single convenience store around. - It takes 25 drive mins (for 9 km) to go to the city center. Beach isn't close. - If you are a night life worm, this is not a place for you.

A nice and pleasant hotel in Pattaya, located away from the city's noise and chaos. Easy to get around with Bolt, which is affordable and readily available. Nearby, there’s a 7/11 and a small supermarket. Great value for the price, with mainly Thai-style breakfasts offered.

The pool water is quite cold, and it would be nice if there were more facilities for children.

Mandarin Eastville Pattaya Hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and stylish decor. The pool area was perfect for unwinding, and the breakfast offered a great variety of tasty options. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Its location made it easy to explore Pattaya’s attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and upscale stay!

Nothing at all

I like the sauna and swimming pool, they open till 10pm. The hotel so clean, and I love the water they served.

Bathroom, the door on the shower not closed fully so the water can go out, make all the floor wet after 3 of us took shower.
