Great location. Staff were amazing. Beautiful sun sets. Food and service good . Thailand is exceptional for service.

I think the rooms need updating. When high winds the glass doors in the room at the balcony rattled all night. Need new design. Quite a few Indian people staying and I think they left there manners back home in India. Doors banging late at night and talking quite loudly with no respect for other guests sleeping at night. Even at breakfast time using mobiles and talking very loudly. Even heard some complaining there was no Indian food left 🙄 Apart from these people I'd come back for sure .

Nice Location, not too far from anything..you need to take a hike or taxi for downtown Pattaya..if thats your thing.., Nice swimming pools, small beach, volleyball area. Breakfast is very good..for all tastes. Very relaxed atmosphere, food is not too pricy if you eat in..comfortable large rooms and beds..Shower and a Bath!! It's clean and for the price a bargin..would I stay again..yes!

Not so much not to like..could do with a bit of paint here and there..but overall its a little gem.

I stayed mainly to get some sea easily from Bangkok for a couple of days. The Premium Deluxe room has amazing views all across Pattaya Bay with floor to ceiling windows, and so beautiful and relaxing. My room had a full view of Sanctuary of Truth also. At night there are squid fishermen in the bay who use green light. It was also very quiet as not facing the pool. I couldn’t find a hotel with better sea views this close to Bangkok. I didn’t use the facilities much but the breakfast was fine if unexciting. It caters mainly to Chinese tourists.

I thought my room was really good value. I wouldn’t however book a room that faced the pool.

the rooom, was exceptional with great views.. i can not speak for other rooms. but our room had a great view. direct sea one could see. and the lobby was the best place to sit and relax. It's so breezy and windy...I just loved every bit of it. if one is going for relaxation, it is the best place to chill out, if one is going for traveling around, I don't think it is in a great location. and there is no direct access to the beach. but for just watching a locked sea with minimal waves..its good and the sea water is not great here..very untidy. breakfast was good, mostly Thai, but I can't complain. restaurant people were more friendly than the lobby staff. LOL. overall it was great. i am just in love with our room.. it was the best..totally worth of money

The surrounding sea, is not clean, ppl did swim there, but it's not great to swim there, no waves nothing ... The lobby staff is not very friendly (not that worrying part though)

Staff nice. Swimming, location nice. Property had great view and nice café restaurant. Great location parking big enough more space.

Room Quiet old style even clean but not look that clean. Oh erratic, charging Telephone convenient for working support support, breakfast nice but it will be more fresh and my choice or like morning market breakfast style will be something cool or different.

Facilities were good, the breakfast and evening restaurant were good, the staff were so helpful , nothing at all was beyond their help. Thank you Garden cliff

Only issue was we had a pool access room but no stairs to get in and out of the pool itself, it made it difficult to actually use the pool as you couldn’t easily get in or out of it. Other than that, it was a lovely hotel with great staff.

We had the pool access room with a tiled seat in the pool. The staff were lovely, the view was great, the building was beautiful. Stunning sunsets. The private beach was nice with access to ocean swimming. Close to the Sanctuary of Truth.

Tiles were very slippery around the pool and I slipped twice. It was very far from Pattaya beach. Too many children.

I got an upgrade on my room.

Building work was taking place in the reception area, which created some noise for 3 days. The music at night was quite boring.

Hotel staff was friendly and the hotel located in a quiet location which was exactly what I was looking for

Rooms furniture are quite old

The pool was looking directly at the ocean.

The sea view rooms are not directly facing at the ocean. It’s angle so you have to really look out your balcony leap over the rail just to glance at the ocean. The bed and pillows are not my favorite, kinda hard to sleep on.
