The receptionist was rude, don't think about asking for help here because you won't get it. You can hear absolutely everything that happens in the rooms next door, apparently this is more of a motel than a hotel, so at 3am you can be woken up by passionate neighbors. The location is not very good, quite far from the center and good restaurants.

The T.V. channels kept disconnecting from 7 to 9 pm. I had to keep calling staff many times to fix the TV. After I talked with staff, near the parking lot, at 9 p.m., I suddenly an assult injury on my left lower back, and left buttock; the pain lasted 20 to 40 minutes. A short fat, woman in her twenties passed by me, just before I felt the pain; she walked mechanically in a straight line, to the elevator away from me and the hotel staff. When I returned to the hotel later and tried to sleep, the hotel surveillance public announcement/room security system, prevented me from sleeping, telling me that I was a criminal, repeatedly, and falsely telling me I should get ready to die, and to go to prison. This was outrageous, because I had never had a criminal record anywhere in the world. I emailed the hotel staff, but the loudspeaker, hotel surveillance communication system in my hotel room, continue to harass me until 11 a.m. in the morning--I had almost no sleep. The hotel never responded, not once to my complaint. I can't believe that the hotel was so cruel and so unreasonable. It must have been full of criminal types.
