The rooms were decent.

The staff were kind of just doing their own thing - not bothered whether we are there or not. They offered hot water, but did not have any coffee or mugs. We had to go buy mugs and cutlery from 7/11. After seeing the condition of the kitchen, and the flies on the toast, we ended not eating the breakfast they offered. The shower water smelled bad, it seems like this is usually the case on Koh Larn.

The staff were really friendly

It didn’t measure up to expectations. There needs to be clearer indications which rooms are mobility accessible. The bed was rock hard and water pressure was not good. Only 1/4 of the sprays on the shower head worked.

pick-up and drop-off to ferry is handy, scooters available at property

Bed was awful, cheap nasty mattress. Bathroom had a lot of mould, not clean, broken toilet seat, shower tap leaked and made noise, decided not to stay a second night.

Had high hopes from a "5 Star" place, upon arrival we were greeted without a smile, which was ok but upon seeing our room we were horrified, it was filthy, it had a horrific smell, there was plenty of toxic black mold in the bathroom, the floors were wet, dust everywhere, spider webs, soiled pillows, uncomfortable bed, we could hear everything outside and above us, and more! We left after one night due to our experience and worry for health and safety.
