Location ok can get baht bus in 4 minute walk to any where. Host very understanding due to me having to leave early -due to oppressive heat and humidity in June -as I usually go in January, So merci - and waived electricity and water charges thanks for that.

Am sorry monsieur but as a Booking 3 star rater I have to be truthful . Bed too hard even with add on mattress -balcony bit small but you can see the Ocean through buildings - but a really nice condo and is as pictured as on Booking. But bookers need to be aware that electricity and water charges will be deducted from 2000 deposit. Its only minor for week maybe 1-200 baht ., £3-4. Also needs more cutlery and bigger plates and am sorry to be petty a proper tin opener . All in all a excellent property and host even in France at time of visit was absolutely brilliant I cannot fault him . I thoroughly reccomend this property for any traveller to my favourite Jomtiem .

This was a good sized room with all facilities…comfortable bed..table and chairs..sofa ..cooking facilities .It had a small outside deck with a table and 2 chairs

Thank you! Roland was a great host always willing to help. Apartment has a very good location. Close to main streets and at the same time very quit. You will find inside everything you need: clean bed, towels, variety of kitchen facilities, good air conditioning. If we come again we will stay here for sure!

Everything you need for short or long stay. The room and bathroom were spacious. The location is the best for Jomtien, in the centre of things but a quiet location with a huge adult swimming pool and a smaller one for children. Most people are longer stays in their 60’s so you don’t need to worry about it being loud. There is also a poolside restaurant and there are many services on the buildings ground floor - laundry, small shop, hairdresser etc. Roland the host was excellent - great communication and accommodating. I’ve booked a longer stay for later this year.
