Staff were friendly, riom was comfortable Breakfas was ok but coffee was the best. Location and scenery are good for relaxing, not far rom the city but far enough to feel the nature.

1. Room was not that clean. It is ok but I never expect dusk on top of sofa and shelves, and stains from hotel. 2. Internet router and one of a bed lamp table were broken. However, the technician came and fixed the router. He asked if I wanted to replace the lamp but I was tired and wanna rest so I said no problem

Loved the location for our 2-night stay. We have our own vehicle and so travelling around from the hotel was no problem. The hotel rooms are built on the hillside, and so it would not suit those who have difficulty with steps. The hotel feels a bit dated now but offers good value for money.

The restaurant was very busy due to a number of coach parties using the hotel at the time we stayed.

All the staff were exceptionally helpful. Room service available if you arrive a little late ar night like we did and good food for all tastes both Asian and western. Excellent western or Thai style breakfasts available. We went in September so a little cooler..but a pool is available and looked clean. No complaints at all. With good views.

The breakfast was great. More selection of food and drink. Nice coffee from the coffee machine. The staff were nice and had good service mind.

My room was smelly from the toilet. The balcony was not clean.

The breakfast was great with varieties, and the coffee machines could make 12 types of coffee, tea, and chocolate. The location is so beautiful and peaceful. Checking-in and out was seamless. The room is so spacious.

The salad could be a little fresher. The facilities are getting old, and the room was a bit stuffy when we first got in although it smelled better after we turned on the a/c for a while. It would be nice to have chairs on the terrace to soak in the spectacular view. The Wi-Fi was not working well although the staff was trying to fix it for us.

They have a very restuarant and the dinner service was outstanding. Many resorts in the same area are resorts in name only. Here they have a nice pool, great dining and other guest services.

The pool was far from our room. Parking on the upper level is on a hill but you can park on the lower level and use the shuttle.

Hike from carpark up steep hill but lift from golf cart was available.

Clean, good view very relaxing. The rooms are huge and spacious.

Too dark at night. It's on the hill but with the lacking of light, driving is quite dangerous.

amenities are only within driving range so you will need to have a car at least to move around to anywhere
