As soon as we arrived we were made to feel welcome. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We chose to have a room with our own bathroom which was fine. The bed was comfortable, the sheets clean. The hostel offers a complimentary breakfast and there is a cafe you can buy a breakfast from if you wish to. They do their best to speak English when we struggled a little we simply used a translation app. Thank you to you all for looking after us so well.

The hotels decor and design is great, with lots of things of interest, from a WW2 army Harley Davidson, to records on walls, great paintings & posters everywhere. Totally unique! The owner & staff were all lovely & helpful, even giving us gifts for good luck to celebrate the Chinese New year! The breakfast was good, and there's free tea, coffee, water and fruits available all day to the guests.

It was all good, but a bit of a walk.into town.

- you can hear the noise from the cars and the other rooms, but it is still a very quiet environment - it would be nice to have a hand towel and some hand soap near the sink outside the bathroom.

We stayed 3 nights. After the first we had ants in the bathroom that never left. The street was noisy and we needed earplugs. Not much at that part of town.

The location is perfect right in the city center. A 10-minute walk to 7-11 and street foods. The room is clean and quiet. The bathroom is clean and the shower with strong water flow. The room rate is very good with breakfast included and there also serve fresh coffee at additional costs.

The toilet next to the reception counter is terribly dirty without staff paying attention to this. The water heater is too high in position. The lights in the room are too bright. Parking is on the street side.

Loved all the common areas and snacks, coffee/tea available in the kitchen at all hours of the day. Room (well worth a couple more $$ to upgrade) was spacious, nicely decorated and had a balcony. Would definitely recommend and stay again when in Phitsanoluk.

I did not have any problems at the property. The amenities are great. I was comfortable, and the staff is very friendly.

The suggestions for sightseeing, dining, and entertainment were very weak.

Staff were friendly, check in/out times were flexible. The room was simple, but clean and spacious.

Smoking is noit allowed on the roof terrace, I had to go outside the property to smoke.
