Nipha and the team were lovely and so helpful. The pool and room was spotless and comfortable. Babylon is in a quiet street, close enough to walk to Nai Harn beach in 25 minutes and Rawai in about 15 minutes. It allows pets so it was nice to see dogs and cats there. I felt very safe there as a lone traveller. I stayed for a month. I would definitely recommend. The water and electricity was very reasonable costing around £25-30 for the month. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Clean, silent, spacious apartment, well equipped and comfortable. Excellent garden with nice trees and a swimming pool. Very good location for exploring the most attractive parts of Phuket. And above all extremely kind and helpful lady Nipha, who takes care of everything you might wish or need - including renting a motorbike, taking massage, eating, swimming, taking a taxi to the airport, etc. Big, big "thank you" to her!

The apartments are very comfortable for long stay because they have everything required: nice rooms and comfortable beds, the kitchen with required equipment and cooking utensils, swimming pool and sauna, barbecue area. The garden outside is cozy and pretty nice. The place is quite and far from main roads that is great for better relaxation from noise. Cleaning is carried out every 2 days. The staff is very friendly and supportive. One burner in our kitchen didn't work, and the stove was replaced the same day. If you have any concerns, questions, or requests, the staff will definitely try to solve your issue and give you support. It was a pleasure for my family to stay in this appartments. We definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a bit far from the sea, and you should be careful with the road if you go somewhere on foot, because there are no walking paths.

The size of the villa was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the pool. There were some nice cafe's nearby (definitely recommend Coco's). We didn't attempt to walk to the beach as it was hot and a reasonable distance but easy enough to use Grabs to get around. Seemed like a much quieter location than elsewhere in Phuket which was crazy busy. The owner was lovely and very helpful. Appreciated he loaning us some snorkels so we could enjoy Yanui beach.

It was clean, quiet, lovely garden and spacious apartment. Plenty of great shops/restaurants nearby but yet it was quiet and serene. If you are off season like we were and swimming is a little challenging, the pool is awesome. We were in it morning, noon and night. The hosts are very laid back and accomadating. We loved our stay here We hired bicycles but ii we came back we would hire motorbikes. It’s too hot to walk any distance and the beaches are about 25min walk away

Absolutely great property. Staff so nice and helpful. One bedroom unit was nice and big. Kitchen has enough equipment to make some meals. Lots of great restaurants nearby: Green Tamarind for awesome burgers; upscale Japanese restaurant nearby—really good and reasonably priced. Highlight was the pool—large and very clean, lit up nicely at night.

It is a little far from Nai Harn beach, but in Nai Harn there aren’t a lot of properties near the beach. Centrally located to the main road and within walking distance of Rawai Beach.

The staff was really nice and helpful, the location is great, close to everything but still quiet. The pool is nice as well. We felt welcomed in this place.

The bed was giant which is good, but we didn't have a dedicated bed for our daughter. Maybe we should have paid extra for an extra bed. Also, the AC was difficult to adjust and we couldn't sleep with it as it was too strong. But I'm sure the staff would have helped us if we would have asked.

The garden/pool area was gorgeous - A little tropical paradise in the middle of the town surrounded by a high wall and security gate so you always felt super safe. The property was spotlessly clean. House keeping came in every other day and changed the sheets and towels. It was just far enough out of the main area to be quiet and peaceful all of the time but within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. We walked to both Nai Harn beach and Rawai beach in about 20-25 minutes but others may find this too far and want a scooter. The host/manager (Nipha) was always on hand during the day to answer any questions of deal with any issues. We had a couple of minor issues when we first arrived (leaking sink and fridge wasn't very cold) and they were dealt with immediately which is the sign of a good caring host. We initially booked for 4 nights but immediately extended this for another 5 as we liked it here so much. We would not hesitate to recommend these villas and surrounding area, and look forward to returning one day.

We had a studio room and the self catering facilities were a little basic.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The little apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We really liked that it was tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood, but still within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

There are no sidewalks on the nearby roads. Obviously, this isn't the hotel's fault (and is fairly normal in Phuket), but something to keep in mind, especially if you're traveling with kids.

We stayed here for 6 weeks & enjoyed the little gem of a place ,tucked away very quiet.The location was good,just a short walk to bars,restaurants. Pool was lovely & clean garden area very nice. Nipah was always very helpful if we needed anything.Room was cleaned regularly, clean sheets etc.use of laundry which was very useful 70bht to use machine. Plenty of room in bedroom for storage. Kitchen had nice big fridge.

The kitchen area could have a little more work space,bed was very uncomfortable.
