The rooms are awesome, modern but still a rustic natural feel. The bed and the pillows were the best I've ever slept in! Staff were lovely and showed us to pur room and explained everything. The pool we never used, we prefer the beach but the surroundings were great. The area itself is less busy than your 'party phuket vibe'... would recommend the beer garden for food and drinks which is not far from bangtao beach chalet. Breakfast was good with a choice of options to pick from, all made fresh. We checked in early and left late and they accommodated us leaving bags in the managers office. Would stay here again. The beach was busy but somewhere to lie still and the sea is relatively calm. I would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Bangtao Beach Chalet Resort. The Chalets were nestled amongst a beautiful tropical garden, and each with their own privacy. The room was charming and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The staff were gorgeous and went beyond to make sure we were catered for as vegetarian and vegan which was so much appreciated and lovely. The beach was a two minute walk across the road, and there were plenty of streets to roam with restaurants, massage, seveneleven and shopping etc. Tuktuks were readily available on the street also. I would recommend this accomodation to any couple wanting a lovely beach visit to Bang Tao.

No complaints at all we loved it all.

Great location! Within walking distance to both Bangtao and Surin beach as well as many shops and restaurants. Overall rooms were adequately stocked with amenities, and the books in the room were also a nice touch if guests need a book for the beach. They also let us store our luggage upon check out since we were leaving for our next location until later in the day. The female staff member was very welcoming and friendly and gave us helpful information on the area. The pool area and gardens are very nice.

Pool was not very clean. Beds were a bit too hard for our liking. Price is a bit expensive considering the room size and breakfast is not included. Staff were very strict with the deposit including any stains on floor mat, towels, etc or smoking outside near the rooms. This was not an issue for us but staff repeated this to us multiple times upon check-in which is not the best way to welcome guests.

This hotel is a real hidden gem! We were very lucky to find and book it for us! First of all, the place is small, very cozy and very green. The rooms are small but also cosy and you have everything for a comfort stay. Big kudos to staff - all people that we met were super friendly and attentive to us and our questions. The breakfast was very good indeed and the staff of the kitchen is super sweet and friendly. The location was just great: the beach was clean (no plastic and garbage) and the water was blue and transparent (not green and dirty like in Patong or Kamala beaches). And it was only 3 min by walk from the hotel! The place is great for a chill and silent rest! We would love to get back to this place as we had a very nice vacation there! Thank you very much for this incredible experience!

The location was great, literally 2 mins away from a lovely beach and several restaurants/bars. The bungalow was very nice and clean but a bit too small for 2 people. The area outside was very green, peaceful, and safe, we really loved it. Breakfast was super, well organised, and with lots of choices from salty to sweety options. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to use the beach towels even after the check out. Thanks a lot!

The room was small, even for us, who stayed outside almost all day.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The pool was nice and there was access to fresh cold and hold drinking water. It was located conveniently near the beach, shops, gyms, massages, and restaurants.

We were only able to replace our beach towels once a day. It would have been great to be able to replace them whenever they were dirty from going swimming. It would also be helpful to have a spare toilet paper roll in the bathroom.

This resort is superb. The rooms were beyond our expectations. Lovely size, full of character and decorated beautifully. The whole site is lovely and right next to a great little pool. Staff were excellent and can’t do enough for you. It has the feel of a family run business who want the best for everyone who stays there. Location is superb too. The beach which, in itself is lovely, is packed with really good bars and restaurants.

No alcohol on sale. A cheeky pool beer would have made for perfection!

The resort is a close walk to the beach and restaurants. The resort pool is a welcome place to cool off from the heat and humidity. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The orchids in hanging baskets outside the chalets are absolutely exquisite.

The rooms are a bit small and the bathroom needs more space to store toiletries.

Excellent accommodation very close to the beach. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, breakfast was fresh and nicely prepared. Rooms and surrounding garden was beautiful, pool small and cute, served very well the purpose. We would definitely like to go back one day.

Loved the cozy chalet very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the pool area. Very close to a beautiful beach that was less crowded than any of the other beaches we have been too. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Will return here again on our next thailand holiday.
