This was our favorite place we stayed in Thailand! The owners have thought of every detail, from providing beach towels to the well-stocked outdoor kitchen on your balcony. The room was spotless, comfortable and the AC was cold! It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants, massage, and convenience store. We had a motorbike and rarely used it during our stay as everything was so close. This particular beach was the best easy-access ones we went to as well.

Nothing, everything was great. I think all the rooms are up a flight of stairs, so that might be something to keep in mind for mobility.

Great location clean and friendly 😊 Had a little problem on arrival but Rosa sorted everything very quickly. There’s beach towels available to take to the beach clean and fresh everyday. Even leave bug spray out to use which was great when going out at night. Lovely cafe/coffee house attached with good food, and lovely service.

Very supportive, smiley and professional owners! The ladies speak English and helped us with various things for which we are really grateful! The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. We have visited plenty of various hotels and this one is really a good value for money :).

Just as we wanted, big apartments with kitchen in a nice location, close to Bangtao beach and walking distance to a more beautiful beach, Surin. Next to the main street with tuk tuks, taxis, shops and restaurants, but not directly on it, so it was quiet during the nights. We liked the decorations and style. Staff is very nice and helpful. They gave us advice about local attractions and helped with taxi to the airport. We had a problem with air conditioning in one of the rooms, but it was fixed quickly. Overall, it is a good value for money if you are not looking for luxury.

The equipment is basic and quite old. Tap water had a slightly yellow colour. We wouldn't risk using it for cooking, only for a quick shower.

Rooms were spacious with a large balcony. Staff were more than happy to help and very kind and the rooms were clean. There is a lovely cafe downstairs that we went to each day we were here and this was fantastic. The pool area is lovely with comfortable sunbeds. The water of the pool was actually cool compared to some other pools we have used that were not. Would highly recommend.

Rooms were spacy, clean and very good equipped with furnitures, dishes and devices. Nice swimming pool with salt water and loungers. Very nice staff, tasty breakfast with delicious coffee. If you want to go for lunch or dinner it is possible to the nearest restaurants.

Location is about 300 m from the sea. The beach was average. At the beginning were litter. We used to go to other beach, it was about 1.8 km far away. And this beach is very beautiful - I think that called Surine beach.

Lovely cool shaded area by the pool. Cafe was excellent. Room very clean and well equipped. The lady who runs it was lovely. Its away from the main street which is an advantage - nice and quiet location but only a few mins walk to beach

The staff is very nice. It’s like a home stay. They have a tiny cafe downstairs which is convent to get a Latte or breakfast. It’s close to the beach and near the few restaurants in the area.

There isn’t much not to like. It’s not a posh hotel, so if you’re looking for that, maybe this isn’t what you want. But but for a regular home stay type hotel there isn’t much to complain about.

The hotel is marked as 2 star which is definitely a mistake! It is more a 4 star with big rooms, huge comfortable beds, a swimming pool, nice breakfasts and very friendly staff! You can rent a bike just at the reception. 3 min walk to the beach and a lot of places to eat just next street.

The location was very good. Pretty close to the beach, but outside the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very friendly and the cafe in the hotel was just great.
