Fabulous little tropical oasis, tucked away yet just a short (3-4 minute) stroll from the main beach, as well as restaurants, bars and shops. All the accommodation was in individual bungalows/villas overlooking one of two pools. Everywhere was beautifully clean and very well maintained. All the staff were so friendly and kind. Delicious and plentiful breakfast, prepared to order. Excellent coffee. We loved everything about this place - including the very friendly cats - and really felt quite sad to leave!

Totally and excellently exceptional. Beautifully laid out accommodation centred around lovely pools. Hicham is a star 🌟 🤩 ✨️ 😍 💖 totally professional and full of great energy in assisting guests as are all the staff. Large suite/villa with an oversized bath and separate shower. Excellently served breakfast with good choices. We loved it. We understand why so many guests return. Top marks 👌

We didn't like the area it wasn't for us and we were so grateful to have this gem of a hotel to come back to. Surrounding are restaurants, tailors and massage shops (some with added bonus). The swimming pool was lovely and warm (for once) the staff were friendly. One of the best bathrooms I have ever seen and I am very jealous. It's very quiet Great breakfast as well Note - mozzie spray needed

My husband and I loved staying here and plan to return. The hotel is small, with rooms set around one of two swimming pools, all surrounded by gorgeous trees and plants. It felt like a private oasis, and our room was really clean, comfortable, and quiet too. It's about 3-5 minutes walk to Bangtao Beach (which is gorgeous) via the short cut that the hotel staff can show you, and there are a lot of restaurants just a few minutes walk away too. Thank you so such Charm, Manee, Ta and all of the other staff and we hope to see you again before too long.

We had a villa with pool access. It was a large room with a large bathroom. It opened directly onto the pool area. The air con was excellent. The cooked breakfast was individually prepared, not buffet style. Although very close to the town, it was very quiet and peaceful. All the staff were helpful and friendly. They booked us an early taxi ( 05.15 ) which arrived on time. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Lovely small resort. Bungalow type accommodation around a small garden with two pools. Staff friendly and attentive. Nice choices for breakfast.

It is a short walk to the bars and restaurants and the beach but this wasn't a problem for us.

Easy stroll to the beach, yet tucked away in its own little oasis. The place is clean and cared for, one of the only places we stayed at while away where nothing in the room was broken or not working! It felt cared for as the staff where constantly watering the plants and cleaning the communal areas in an unobtrusive way. There were 3 of us in one room and yet it didn't feel cramped at all and the bathroom is huge.

One small improvement would be the lighting for makeup in the bathroom. There are heaps of mirrors, but lighting is quite dim. (Only mattered as we were attending a wedding and were dressing up)

Our stay at Pai Tan Villas was the perfect start to our holiday in Southern Thailand. Owners Charm and his mother Manee are gracious and attentive hosts and communications with them were timely and efficient throughout. Pan Tai Villas is a small resort with a personal and friendly touch. Our room with direct access to the pool was spacious and comfortable and there was a generous ensuite bathroom. Everything was clean and in good working order. Breakfast was generous and set us up for the day. The location is 5 minutes walk to Bang Tao Beach and there is a great selection of bars, restaurants and various shops close by. Charm and Manee helped us with Airport transfer on arrival and onward transport to our next destination. We highly recommend Pan Tai Villas.

Spent 3 nights, wish we had longer. Fabulous beach minutes away, good places to eat . Breakfast in Pai Tan was great. Cooked to order with fresh cold fruit and juices etc. pool at our rooms brilliant, we had it to ourselves. Mini fridge was best we had during 21 day holiday. Pai Tan had everything we needed, sunbeds at pool, clothes horse to dry wet swim gear. Daily housekeeping. Charm is a great guy, so helpful, nothing noo much bother, arranged elephant sanctuary trip (10mins away). We chose Bangtao to wind down before flight home. It is a great area, everyone welcoming and friendly. We decided against larger sprawling hotels, so glad we did or we would not have experienced such a fantastic time in Pai Tan Villas or had pleasure of meeting Charm and his team who treated us so well.

Proximity of pool to our room. Spacious room. Very helpful staff.

Consider improvements in environmental friendliness. Glass carafes of purified water that guests can refill themselves from a central point in dining room. Training the staff to understand the signals which indicate that you don’t want towels changed every day. The brochure says it but the staff ignore it. Place a Hatari P18M1 fan in each room so guests can cool room down with AC then turn off and just use fan as they sleep. This will save on electricity bills. All of these would be financially sound as well as environmentally responsible.
