Liked the pool view pool access room we had. Pools were nice. Breakfast provided many options every day and customer service across the board was excellent. Right outside were an array of good little eateries and massage places and the BangTao Muay Thai Gym 50m away.

Pool water too warm. Hot breakfast options were luke warm at best. The only hot item was a fresh omelette if you asked the chef to make one. Beach a little rough but it is the monsoon season.

Fantastic location on Bangtao beach. The hotel is very well set up for kids with a variety of play areas to keep them occupied whether it be whilst you're enjoying breakfast or lounging by the pool. The restaurant/bar area by the beach looked quite new and provided an array of food and beverage options.

Bathroom was a little dated but still worked just fine. Grate around the pool area wasn't the safest or cleanest. Pool looked like it needed a good scrub around the edges but apart from that it was a fantastic hotel.

We were in a deluxe pool view room which was lovely, great size, beds were so comfortable. I’d seen photos before arriving and decided to bring our own hangers to hang more clothes as there wasn’t a huge amount of wardrobe space for all 4 of us. Housekeeping kept the rooms tidy and clean everyday and replenished bottled water. I did think the area would have had a bit more around but there were enough little shops, convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. Food in the hotel restaurant was mostly great, some dishes were small portions but most that we tried were very tasty. Breakfast had a lot to choose from, all sorts of dishes and options. Was a shame the beach front restaurant was under construction we didn’t realise this before arriving but we could still still by the beach for dinner and drinks. Pool is big and we didn’t usually struggle to get a sun bed. The spa pool was under construction too which we didn’t realise but this didn’t really make much difference to our stay as we could still use the main pool and kids pool. Pool bar staff were brilliant, especially Wut, Fern and Guy, they looked after us really well. Happy hour cocktails from 4-6 was fun, and food at the pool bar was tasty too.

The music on repeat at the pool bar was a bit tedious 😄 the same few songs, occasionally it changed but one is still stuck in my head! Sometimes meals at dinner would come at separate times and some of us had nearly finished by the time the rest arrived, but this wasn’t every occasion.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. It's close to ALOT of restaurants and shopping. ALOT of night markets around and plenty of entertainment.

The pool really needs maintenance, the tiles are coming off and it's quite dangerous if you slip. Some flooring was slippery, and we saw 2 ladies with broken arms a few days into our stay. They both had slipped on wet floors and hurt themselves. The TV channels are lacking, Netflix didn't work and then disappeared off the TV. Most hotel guests were very noisy in the hallways, absolutely no consideration for other guests. Be quiet signs would be useful and also being told at check in to keep quiet in hallways would be helpful too.

The resort was absolutely beautiful - clean, spacious, and very family-friendly. The pool area was stunning and always well-maintained, and the location right on Bangtao Beach couldn’t be more perfect. Staff were friendly, polite, and always happy to help. Everything from the breakfast to the facilities exceeded our expectations - we really couldn’t fault much at all.

The only small downside was the beds - they were quite firm and not as comfortable as we’d hoped. I noticed a few other guests mentioned this too, so it seems to be a common thing. Aside from that, everything else was amazing.

We booked a pool acces room, which was huge. The room is really spacious, with two king size beds, a sofa bed, and big wardrobes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wide selection of local and international food at breakfast. Direct access to beach and many nice beachfront restaurants. There are many shops and restaurants nerby. Free parking. Very good hotel app.

The bathroom is a bit too small compared to the room size. The pool in front of the room is nice but nothing special. The big pool needs a little renovation (missing tiles, broken parts). A/C is too much in the restaurant, but you can chose to sit outside. The playground is dangerous and not well maintained. Metallic parts are rusty and sharp. Hotel restaurants are overpriced (as usual).

Amazing choice of breakfast to suit most nationalities. More than enough. Lovely big swimming pools, 5 main pools in the centre and lots of pools around the ground floor rooms. Children's pool toys and inflatables. Play areas for younger children. Music during the evening by a bar. The rear of the resort is right on the beach where there are many beach cafes and bars. The area in this part of BangTao isn't great, some clothes shops a few bars and several massage joints. Numerous massage beds on the beach. Arinara do a twice weekly , all you can eat buffet for 750 baht , which is £19 pp. Starters, great choice of mains and some sweet choices. Arinara is a great family resort with a mix of British, German, Australian and Russian + more clientele. Everyone seemed respectful of another.Staff are amazing, rooms serviced every day, plenty of staff at meal times. There are a few franchise businesses on site where you pay separately for meals and drinks. Walk out back of hotel turn left on beach, there are restaurants and sunbeds (100 baht), first one is great food. Staff are so friendly.

Nothing much really, some of the pillows were too deep, you can get lower ones if you ask. Nothing for teenagers to do. Biggest gripe is the noise from doors, some guests really love to bang a door and at 6.30 am and after midnight it's unwelcome. Some guests get up early and put their towels on sunbeds to claim them at 7am, then you don't see them til 2pm. Meanwhile others can't use them. So don't be a door banging sunbed grabber. None of this is the hotels fault.

Lovely hotel with direct access to Bang Tao beach. We enjoyed long walks along the shore, and our sons loved the watersports on offer. The pools were beautiful, the rooms comfortable, and the pool access room we booked really enhanced our stay. There are plenty of good-value restaurants nearby, both on the beach and across from the hotel – Café de Bangtao is a must for excellent food, friendly staff, and great value. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with fresh coffee and an omelette station. The pool staff were fantastic with our sons. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing holiday!

I really liked the location of the property — right by the beach and very convenient, with many famous beach clubs and good eating joints nearby. The resort itself is a properly done 4-star property, neat, clean, and well-maintained. We also had direct access to the pool from our room, which was a great experience, especially with kids. Most of the staff were polite and helpful, making the stay overall very pleasant.

There were a few small hiccups with housekeeping during the stay. A couple of times, the in-room dining team did not pick up calls, which was inconvenient, and on certain occasions they were unable to accommodate requests. The main issue, however, was at checkout — we had requested a late checkout until 12:30 and assured we would leave by then, but due to a short delay of 15 minutes, the receptionist spoke in a very rude manner. This left us with a disappointing last impression after an otherwise good stay.

We liked the access to the beach and the numerous restaurants that are close by to this resort. There is also a market every Monday and Thursday 1.9km away which is a great walk or Tuk Tuk away.

Noisey,Noisey,Noisey! The rooms are soundproofed next to each other and when balcony doors are closed during the day they are quite effective. The internal doors to corridors are not sound proofed at all with large gaps and light seen through them at night. Corridors are echo chambers and every evening hear other guest come back and slamming their doors. Other selfish guest also screaming around the pool areas at past 10pm and arguing with staff they are entitled to use pool as they have pool access rooms. Pools do close earlier.
