The location was great and staff were super friendly and helpful. Anna was really kind and welcoming. The curtains were well designed against light. The pool was perfect and rooms just spaced around it. The local restaurant has some decent food and kind staff also. All amenities and surin and bangtao beach very close also.

The doors were a constant pain and wouldn't slide correctly, without some crazy twiddling and patience. Some noise close to the street also.

Stayed for a few nights. The staff is friendly and speaks English, the owner is European and also seems friendly. Location is great next to seven eleven and a great beach. The bed is comfortable and the mattress was great for my jet lag. Modern TV with streaming services, or use someone’s account (thanks Victoria for keeping the YouTube premium signed in) One unexpected point to mention - and I must say this loud and clear - the *toilet paper* is the best I ever encountered in Thailand, including 5 star luxury resorts! This indicates the owners’ standards. Privacy wise - The pool facing room is obviously the type where you have less privacy if you want the “view” but that’s expected. I hope they keep their friendly staff until the next time

The bathroom is the wet type and had some holes in the ceiling where mosquitos could come in. Not a big deal and I’m sure they’ll fix it during the low season

Location, location location! Loved the location to the beach and restaurants services etc! See photos on the beach! The staff is amazing! So kind and always trying to help in any way possible… I’ve never heard the word no. The pool is right out your front door and is a nice lg highly filtered pool! Cleaning and Maintenance on it is constant… very nice!

I’d have to say for the price you can’t really complain! It’s not a five star and I appreciated the bang for the buck. I’d stay again!

Its a small resort in a great location in a relatively peaceful village. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The pool is nice. The rooms are comfortable, but seating is outside, on the pool deck. The restaurant and bar are convenient - food was fine. Souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, 7-11 and massage parlours are all nearby. We enjoyed our stay and hopefully will return.

Very little was wrong - perhaps tissues in the room would have been nice; a printed list of TV channels would have enabled us to see at a glance what was available in our language.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Location was great. Swimming pool open throught Rooms cleaned each day with fresh towels and toiletries.

Bed mattress was hard, which our family like a softer mattress. However everyone is different, and some people will like a hard mattresses.

This is one place that is deserves more than a 10, the place is spotless, spotless, The Cleaning Lady/House Keeping does a very good job, of keeping the place clean, and she does it with such pride and always a smile. The rooms are cosy, clean, very well decorated and bed very comfortable, Airconditioner, and Fan and Fridge. Big Screen TV, Safe, and a beautiful bathroom. Reception Lady very very friendly and let us check in earlier. There is a pool just outside the room, & 5 steps a restaurant, serving variety of dishes, food is very tasty, and fast service. Great location close to bang Tao beach and some shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and the restaurant Wich I think is part of it the staff were also very friendly and the food was good.

Both nights I was there they had a live singer on till quite late and it’s right next to the rooms. I wouldn’t mind this at all except I had to be up both mornings at 5 and 6 am for scuba diving and seeing the elephants. I hardly slept.

For the price it was so good one of the best offers in Bang Tao Beach, we even wanted to stay 2 more nights but it was late when we asked so we had to move to another hotel. Pool infront of doors of your room next to hotel was restaurant wich we didnt have time to try but food looked good. Few meters is Bangtao beach or surin Beach but that was overcrowded.

Broken bed, not enough cleaning but thats just me i work in Hotel as Manager.

Very good location. The beach is just a walking distance. They have a restaurant with live music on next door but they don't perform till late. It was even fun to be lying near the pool listening to the performance and eating a late snack. Overall clean and very friendly service.

There were a bit water cuttage happening but short time.

Great room, all the amenities. Friendly reception staff. Walking distance from Bang Tao beach. Close to all the little shops, restaurants. If you want to be close and not use a car then this is the place to be.

The swimming pool was quite open - next to a restaurant so the guests of the restaurant can look directly at you when you swim.
