Wonderful place for lazy tourists who are looking for a quiet place with an easy access to beach and swimming pool. The view from the window (room 612) and from the roof is unforgettable! Accommodation administrator was very helpful, and helped us with our responses immediately. Housekeeping was once a week.

Some insects presented, especially around kitchen and balcony. Once there was an invasion of numbers of little flys. Just close curtains and do not let them see the light in your windows and everything would be okay. Since there is no apartment map, photos can present apartment a little differently. Kitchen should be renovated. It is quite old and has a lot of wear signs. Storages and cupboards don’t have enough shelves. If you consider living here for a long time (a month and more) it can turn out to be a problem.

Near the Surin beach

Lots of Dogs living nearby are acting like a pack of wild voles Also, Roosters sing every hour (even at night)

Great value for the price! The apartment is just a short walk from Surin Beach, which we think is one of the best—very clean water and a beautiful setting. The apartment itself was clean enough, though the kitchen area felt a bit old, and some plates and knives were not perfectly clean. The air conditioning worked well, and there’s a new washing machine, which was a plus. I rate it 8/10 because, for a perfect 10, everything should be flawless. But for this price, it’s a very good choice!”

great location for a quiet and relaxing stay in Surin beach. really affordable for everything you get to enjoy, and there’s a ton of room for parking a car or bike. there’s a restaurant/bar right across the road and a convenience store a short walk away. the property was very quiet, the views from the balcony & rooftop were incredible, and there was a ton of room to relax outdoors. the electricity is charged separately but it was very affordable for how cool we kept our apartment.

i wish the rooftop was accessible 24 hours but i understand why that is probably a bad idea

Perfect stay if you are training Muay Thai at Sutai training camp. Very convenient that a washing machine is in the balcony. Would have loved a bigger drying rack but still quite fine with the one provided.

The electricity costs are quite high for Thai standards. Would be nice to be provided the pin of the safe during check-in. Only one card was provided, which is needed to power the electricity inside. This means that when you go outside, you won't have electricity for charging equipment or running the washing machine. A workaround is to use any available card as a substitute.

It is a full apartment with 2 bedrooms a full kitchen and big bathroom. The surin beach was 5 min away and the place was 3min from a supermarket. You need a bike if you want to get around!

There was no cleaning!! Also the building was full with families and babies so it was very loud. The walls had no soundproofing. We had to pay the electricity bill later separately which is s bit annoying.

-location (close to both Surin and Bang Tao beaches, nice restaurant across, Muay Thai gym) -small but nice swimming pool to chill out -little gym w two treadmills, lots of dumbbells -the cleaning service did a great job once a week

-the false fire alarm was ringing a couple of times at night during our stay (an issue w the building more than with the apartment itself) -expect to pay 8 thb per unit of electricity

It looked very modern. The rooms were well equipped.

The Wi-Fi was quite slow and the air conditioning didn’t work properly in one of the rooms we booked. Also the glazing on the pool tiles are in poor condition. I rubbed my hands over one of them and got a minor cut in my finger. It’s quite hard to communicate this with reception with the language barrier.

room’s are big and have nice view. The pool and gym are great . The parking is very convenient

You’ll need to pay for the electricity bill. 8 bht for kwh so extra money that you know about only after reservation. And no towel’s change etc

Beautiful room, well maintained, very clean and modern. Good facilities, pool upstairs is beautiful with amazing views of Bao Tang bay. Decent gym. Washing machine in room was a bonus.

The price - it’s already expensive and then an electricity fee is put on top! Never experienced this before in Thailand!
