The staff were so lovely and welcoming and despite not being the only guest by far, they knew exactly which room I was in. Free beach and pool towels (just sign out and back in when you bring it back) and was able to borrow a big umbrella when it rained. Room was nice and with a balcony and I even had a sliver of unexpected seaview :-) Brekky available at the hotel for a good price (didn't try it out, though) Restaurants and massages as soon as you leave the hotel (not in a bustling way, though) and a 24h convenience store 1min walk away. Beach has so many restaurants and massage places which was awesome (most only open during the day, not for dinner)

Shower over the bathtub in the room was a bit tricky to use without flooding the whole bathroom. Water was mainly lukewarm. They tried to fix the temperature but it didn't last (nothing major, though, it wasn't cold cold) Surin Beach itself is a bit of a construction site for at least the next 2 years as they're building a new glass viewing platform between the road and the beach. Also not as many options for dinner as eg Karon. LOTS of traffic (read: traffic breakdown) between Surin and the main road that cuts through Phuket. If you want to go anywhere apart from the beaches on the left or right of Surin, bring patience for traffic.

Lovely, spacious room with views of the hills and a lot of light. Quite firm but comfortable bed. Great to have a fridge, bowls & plates, cups & classes. Close to everything. Only a short walk to the beach. I recommend this place for a mid price hotel. The massage place in the lane offers a special to people who stay in this hotel. The masseuse was very good and experienced.

It would have been nice to have some teabags & fresh milk. Also, a ceiling fan would be great for the times that one doesn't want air conditioning.

Room 304 Good size room with balcony and view of hills behind Location.. supermarket opposite and 5 mins to beach 10% Discount at owners restaurants on beach and up the road… both good. Surin Beach is clean with great waves and Laem Singh beach worth a trip by long tail or jet ski .. one restaurant there on the cliff … beach is beautiful Recommend Tukky massage opposite rear entrance of hotel… best one so far!

Bed was rock hard and a shame. No Netflix or other subscriptions if that’s your thing Shower hard to regulate and harder to control but not a big thing There is some construction work on the way to the beach and it’s sandy anyway so a tap outside the hotel to wash your feet / slippers would be nice Breakfast in hotel only average at best so better to head down to beach restaurants

Location is excellent, walking distance to beaches & restaurants but off the main road so quiet. Room was super, bright, clean, large balcony. WiFi was excellent. Staff very friendly & professional

Sadly we had an issue with hot water. They tried daily to fix it to no avail so after eight days they offered us another room & free breakfast for our remaining time…..,a lovely gesture. Unfortunately, the showers weren’t much better in the second room either, water pressure & temperature constantly changing.

The room was very good, big clean and modern for Thailand. We had a tv with Netflix, full mini fridge with drinks and beverages and also some snacks. It was very convenient that the hotel offered optional breakfast which was very tasty and good value for money.

The location was not the best, we needed to walk on a road which during the evening it was quite dark in order to go to some restaurants and to the beach. The pool is not good, small and not a pleasant area so we didn't use it.

Bright clean modern good condition breakfast terrific . Extremely well located for all needs . A pleasant outlook . Wonderful room servicing . Very happy with local and knowledgeable staff .

It would be nice to stand on the roof .

I had a penthouse with three balconies, and two of the balcony doors were unable to be secured. Although maintenance did come up and fix one. The beds are horrible!! The mattresses are just short of concrete. And I had three beds to choose from and I slept in all three beds and they are very hard. They must have taken the showroom beds from the store because they aren’t real mattresses. Otherwise everything was great. 

I really liked how clean was the room. super friendly people, very helpful and kind. location is amazing, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the Muai Thai gym and many different restaurants. definitely will come back exactly to this place when visiting next time

one little thing that I would suggest is to put a curtain around the bathtub, the water was licking on the floor when showering. and the lights were a little too dark for me

Suites are very large and comfortable. Right next to massage places, restaurants and convenience store. 10 min walk to Surin beach. Surin not a place for nightlife more for food in the beach and chilling

we liked everything! clean, close to the sea, market 24/7, fruit market, everything was so close and good. very clean rooms, big balcony, good bar with good price and veeery polite staff that reacted to all requests asap :) even organising transfer at night for the morning wasn’t a problem. restaurant is also amazing , we liked our lunches there. swimming pool is medium size but very clean with fresh cooling water.
