Hotel was beyond our expectation. Our room was super clean, no problem with running water and food at the restaurant was affordable. Bed was really comfortable and the rooms were big and spacious for a 2 bedroom apartment suite. We had a kitchen to cook our meals for breakfast and all cooking utensils were provided for. It was about a 15 min walk to Surin beach uphill and much less time coming back. There's a 24 hr convenience store close by too. Surin is such a nice and quiet place to relax with the fam but if you're looking to party at night then Patong beach is the place to be. Price for a 2 bedroom apartment suite was only 68 canadian dollars a night😮 and we booked 2 suites for 8 adults and 2 kids. We will definitely come back to phuket.

They don't have shuttle service to and from the Airport. But we manage to find an affordable taxi company for all our transportation needs.

We stayed here for 4 nights, family of 5 with 3 small kids. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was good and free breakfast was tasty.

We had to keep calling and asking for sandals in the room. There was a small dead cockroach in the living space but housekeeping didn't clean it when they came in during their cleaning time. The pool is nice but has some cracked pool tiles near the kiddy pool, which scratched my son's arm and he got hurt. AC didn't work in one of the rooms and temperatures were high outside so it was very uncomfortable. The hotel people couldn't fix the AC either. Overall the service apartment was good value for money but quite a far walk from restaurants and the beach.

Unlike many of the reviews I’ve read, the hotel is very clean, it offers toiletries, nice towels, fresh cold water bottles everyday, an amazing swimming pool, a basic but good gym and a quiet restaurant. The AC wasn’t working on my room and they came right away to fix it. Also I’ve arrived early in the morning and they let me have an early check-in, which was just perfect because I was exhausted from a trip and needed to rest. They also offer a little late check out (12:30). Everything was solved with easiness. I’ve got no stress at all. It was also great that you can reach Surin beach in 15 minutes walk and Bangtao around 20 minutes.

There was almost no kitchen supplies, there was only a frying pan, a couple of plates, cups and cutlery. So despite the kitchen having a stove and microwave I couldn’t actually use the kitchen.

The staff.

Bedsheet had a tear in it. Towels were old and worn out. Pillow case had stains on it. Dust under. Bed. No Kleenex box.

The top floor views, restaurant, and pool were great! A nice sized gym was also available.

The wifi did not work well enough for me to work in my room. It dropped every 15 minutes or so. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue too (a dried contact lens and a hair ball on the floor), though manageable.

Nice apartment, good value for money. They provide kitchen utensils upon request. Walking distance to supermarket and restaurants.

Second Chair for the table would have been nice. And maybe a second blanket and a big enough fitted sheet, since it was too small for the mattress

A beautiful hotel located 10 minutes walk from the Surin beach. We really liked the setting which was a bit off the main road and therefore there it super silent and comfortable for sleeping. We also really liked the small balcony. What was fantastic was the infinity edge pool and bed directly by the window overseeing a nearby forest. Really peaceful place.

We didn't like the fact that we booked a room with a breakfast but directly at the hotel they told us that they don't serve breakfasts and returned us part of the money back. We wanted to have a comfortable stay with all in after the arrival and this was misleading. If we would know that, we would have probably booked another place. There were some hairs on our pillow when we arrived.

Rooms well equipped, large bed, sofabed, tv, small balcony, kitchenette with pots, pans, cutlery, kettle etc, full size fridge freezer. Good housekeeping. Restaurant was nice. Gym well equipped. Small issue with ac on arrival which was sorted immediately.

Pool in need of some maintenance with broken tiles- got kids to wear water shoes. Slightly tired apartments but as expected for price point. Wifi not great

Was great value for money and the location is in a up and coming area. There is lots of development going on. Great views from the rooftop with a swimming pool, bar and gym.

Can’t say there was anything in particular that we did not like about the property.

The facilities were really good. Decent size pool and the restaurant was good and great value for money. The location was good, it’s a short walk from the beach and there are lots of lovely restaurants nearby, as well as a couple of shops. Everyone was very friendly. Overall, good value for money.

Lack of utensils provided in the kitchen. The WiFi was not great at times. Our air-con did leak a couple of times. Cosmetically, parts of the property looked dated/broken and its a relatively new building.
