Paradise for kids, property location is perfect for families, kids may not want to leave for the amount of fun activites keeping them engaged, truly value for money. Children friendly staff nice experience overall othr thn minor hiccups on room, would love to stay again for my daughter. Location and pricing is good.

Our initial room was very outdated, not ready, deceptive of pictures of booking .com, no toys no bunk beds etc as mentioned while booking, the room we paid for was not same when checked in, after few tough talks there was btr room provided which had AC issues, they fixed twice for us bt ok ok. The room was with direct access to pool hence it had some smell around which is normal. Overall they can empahsis on quality over quantity, hygiene etc but the staff goes extra mile to keep you comfortable. Not bad overall for family

Holiday Inn, Surin is highly underrated by booking.com. Before coming to Thailand, I looked at the hotel reviews, especially the last 2 week window, even though people had good opinions, a few bad reviews nearly led me to avoid booking this property. However, I trusted the brand and my instinct, it turned out to be the best decision. This is a 20 y.o. property, but well maintained and has modern outlook and rooms. Their interconnected rooms are unique. Their front desk staff has good communication skills, the activity-manager & the duty-manager enquires about the guest's stay experience from time to time and takes honest feedback and tries to address wherever they can. I think this is a great gesture to retain guest for future bookings. They have neutral breakfast options, good SPAs, and great indoor facilities e.g. a poolbar, a bar next to the snooker boards, a barbecue area and a lot more. The lobby has musicians playing traditional Thai music and live music later at night between 7 to 9pm. The Hotel is right across the street overlooking the Surin beach, that's why it's called a "beachfront hotel". The beach is a 2 minute walk, get the beach towels and umbrellas from the front desk, reception. We liked the locality which is quiet, clean, and well organized with easy access to beachside vendors, local markets, pharmacy and 7-elevens. The pharmacy is like 100 yards from the hotel on the sidewalk. There's a tour taxi station right outside the main gate, I booked my city tours there itself. Great people and great cars. Surin beach is very clean, and one can experience a splendid sunset/sunrise here, also the beach is safest for shower. The hotel is quite cozy, the pool is great for kids and adults.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel! Everything suits me here: the location, delicious breakfasts, the kids' club and of course the very helpful staff! The hotel is located close to the beach, the walk there is comfortable, and upon returning you can splash around in the pools with your children, there are even a couple of slides. The hotel has a massage and a gym, but it is small and for big fans) Surprisingly, upon arrival I was told that instead of a regular room I was given a two-room suite 😍😍😍 without extra charge and was given coupons for a welcome dinner and massage! 👍 The room turned out to be excellent with additional access to the pool - in general, we lived like kings for two weeks 💖 Dear staff of the Holliday Inn Surin hotel! Dear Friends! Thank you very much for our great vacation! 😘 We will definitely come back again! 🌸✨️

There's nothing don't like

Amazing stay. From the moment we walked in the door the staff were amazing. Especially Nampan the duty manager. Who checked in with us every time we passed reception and was so helpful and friendly. The pool area is beautiful. Good separation between kids area, so you can chill. Yes the rooms are a bit dated like other reviews state but we had everything we needed. Breakfast was good with a good selection for everyone Pool bar was good value and lovely service. Highly recommend a massage too Every staff member we came across was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great venue for families with lots of variety for family activities. Spacious rooms for a family of 4! Great fun we would come back for sure!

Super nice staff, very service oriented, really want to make your stay a nice experience. Very good breakfast with lots of options for all nationalities and taste. Lots of items can be ordered freshly made (eggs, pancakes, wafels, toasts, noodle soup, etc). Only the fruit juices could be better. We booked 2 rooms and got upgraded to a suite with connecting room for the kids, really a lot of space. Airco works great. Otherwise the whole hotel is not new and could welcome a nice renovation. Having said this, value (you can find more modern but will cost more..) and location are really good. Hotel is organized around kids activities

The hotel is represented as a family one but my husband and I were surprised as there were not a lot of children although, possibly, because of a low season. The hotel services correspond to a IHG hotel group's rate. We had a huge 2-room placement with a balcony. It was an everyday cleaning. Surin beach is one of the best on Phuket. There was a lot of choice in the minibar. The territory is very big and clean.

There were no fish courses at breakfast. I don’t understand why anyone complains about the poor choice, my husband and I were satisfied with everything. Egg station, salads and fruits, what else do you need for breakfast?

Great location and staff are excellent which gives a friendly vibe, clean, the rooms where cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding, pools very good,really good taxi service outside the hotel and all the taxi drivers where great they really look after you, we had one that waited for us for a few hours while we looked round Phuket town (the old town which highly recommend) the beach was great also no real complaints to be fair.

The bar is way to expensive even though the bar staff are excellent
