Amazing Stay with Exceptional Staff I had a rough flight experience upon arriving in Phuket, but this hotel truly turned things around. The staff was incredibly accommodating and genuinely helpful. Their understanding and warm hospitality made a huge difference. My stay was amazing and relaxing every single day, with a great breakfast and a lovely view of the pool. I’ll definitely be coming back and will happily recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

They have really made the most of the space they have. The rooms are finished to a high standard, especially the bathrooms. They have a real luxury touch. The breakfast was good, I have no idea why other visitors have said they ate elsewhere! There were fresh eggs and sausages, fruit and yoghurt choices, little pancakes, and Thai options too. The pools were lovely and there was lots of shade. The stunning Surin beach with its fabulous waves was just 5 minutes away. The staff members we met were lovely and helpful. For the price we paid we felt we got full value.

Amazing staff, great location for beach. Huge fridge for drinking water. Massive balcony and very spacious room. If you’re staying at Surin beach this is the place to stay. We moved into a more “luxurious” & expensive hotel down the road (pre booked), wish we had just booked this for the entire trip. If you’re planning to eat out, go to beach & use the hotel room as a base this is the place. If you’re looking to spend huge amounts of time at a resort with everything on site, look somewhere else. great location as massage parlour, mini mart, laundry service, beauty salon & restaurants 1 min walk away. Thank you to the staff for their amazing work & hospitality, little gem this place!

Very tasty breakfast. Clean room with big bed. Comfy AC. Close to the beach. Beach towels provided. Good internet speed.

The door of the bathroom is glass and not completely frosted, so not the most private.

This is absolutely my favourite place to stay in Phuket. I come to Phuket just to stay at Surintra Resort. Ive stayed here now 4 times in the space of 6 months, and recently shortened a stay in Karon Beach to return to Surin Beach and this hotel Its just beautifully clean and comfortable, the rooms spell gorgeous when you walk in, and they are beautifully renovated. Its quiet, the staff are lovely, its in the perfect spot. I couldnt stay anywhere else.

There isnt anything to not like!

A large room with a big balcony, rather clean, great stylish bathroom Breakfast is very tasty: not a great variety, but all is fresh, fruits, eggs, pancakes, etc. Rather good coffee. Swimming pool was always empty, used it once Beach towels are available at the reception. Location is just opposite the beach, 5 minutes max. Recommend!

Swimming pool was very clean and quiet. The rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was lovely, I prefer it simple and this was. Location was excellent as it was close to the beach, restaurants and convenience store. Not too busy.

There was a mishap with rooms when we checked in. The room we booked was not available and we were told it was due to the faulty AC. However, the problem was resolved and we were able to move to the room we originally booked the next day.

It was a nice little hotel. Great service. We stayed there 11 nights. We had our plane out late evening and we were allowed to stay on our last day until 18.00 for free. Room was very spacious, large terrace. Breakfast was OK. Some varieties. Was good to have a possibility for breakfast, as previously we stayed in a hotel that had none. Close to the beach (Surin). Nice beach, plenty of restaurants, not much shopping. Busier than Nai Yang beach and quieter than Kamala. Overall lovely area if you look for quiet stay. Close to other popular beaches, we moved around with Bolt. Works fine.

Room needs maybe a little fresh up. But, really there was nothing major to complain about

The hotel is very close to the beach, provides beach towels which you can change every day infinitely. Room is spacious, daily cleaning is almost perfect. Breakfasts are nice, main course is changed daily. A bottle of water for a person is provided daily. The room has a kettle, mugs, coffee and tea.

The room is big, but very strange planned: you need go around a table and a chair to get to the balcony, the door to the bathroom is not locking and transparent, there is not enough light in the room. Didn't like to be told that we "can't have a breakfast twice". When we came to have a coffee after the beach.

It is located across the road from a lovely beach. The lane also has a wonderful restaurant Sea Surin and lots of massage places as well as a 24 hour Tops down the road. The rooms are large and comfortable. The pool is good and the breakfast although basic is fine. The reception has a microwave you can use to heat your food,
