The location just at the beach , perfect when you are with kids , the beach is clean and super nice for swimming . Rooms are big and very well equipped, it has everything you need . Facilities are good, nice pools (many) you will always find a spot where to seat . Restaurant are good also, very good food! Breakfast amazing . If you wanna eat out there are 3 restaurants , a Minimarket or you can ride a tuk tuk 5 mins and you will find many places , you can also walk 10 mins and you will find more stuff . Around the beach you only will find massage places and beach clubs . WiFi 10/10 everywhere , even at the beach .

The housekeeping is very bad, they only arrange the bed but they don’t actually clean anything ! The corridor can be a bit noisy but this has nothing to do with the hotel, just uncaring people!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, being right near the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean. The swimming pools were excellent, providing a refreshing and relaxing experience. The lush gardens around the hotel made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beachside getaway with great amenities!

We had an issue with the AC in my room during my stay. It seemed to be on an automatic setting that turned off during the night, which made the room uncomfortably hot. This affected my overall comfort and quality of sleep. I hope the hotel can address this issue for future guests. Despite the issue with the AC turning off at night and making the room uncomfortably hot, I really enjoyed my stay. If this issue gets resolved, I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Mr. Mano, Ms. Tee and Ms. Anna, did great job for us to have special time. Perfect hotel for children to stay. Launderette. Kitchenette with Microwave in each room so we can take away food and store them and heat up again. Food is great with perfect location. Kids enjoyed clown show and dance show after dinner. We can enjoy dining with ocean view. Definitely we’ll be back.

A box of tissue and trash bin are recommended in each room. The drain in shower room needs to be repaired. But each wasn’t really a problem!

Our kids favourite stay in Thailand. Chilled vibe with families everywhere. Beachfront with restaurants on site. Pools were big and the whole place had a relaxing atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning was good. Convenient store across the road. Enough Sun lounges for everyone.

Needed more bottled water supplied. Breakfast time was crowded.

We booked a family suite and it was heaven - lots of space, excellent aircon and all extremely comfortable (with fridge, cutlery and crockery, wardrobe etc). The reception and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. The chef at Piak's made a special meal for me one evening as I couldn't eat a number of ingredients - it was delicious and also so unexpected. The massages just off the beach - incredible! We really enjoyed our stay (definitely go into Old Phuket via taxi one day for a change).

If anything, the pool sometimes smelled of bleach and we had underwear discolour (under the guys' costumes). But with so many children in the pool... :) Also (not a Sunwing issue but rather a Phuket issue): plastic and rubbish on the beach! It's awful and depressing. It changes in location up and down the length of the whole beach depending on the current (I assume) but we couldn't swim in the sea on the first day as we were amongst pieces of plastic. It was better on other days. I hope everyone can pick up five pieces per day just to make a start!

Beach is right in front and perfect to hang out for mornings and evenings. Restaurants and Tops Daily minimart are easily accessible just across the street. Hotel offered good facilities and activities during our Christmas stay.

No hot water shower place after checked out.

This hotel is perfect for families. Our kids (2 & 6) spent hours in the pools! They provided nice large beach towels. Breakfast buffet was great with an abundance of options. Our room was nice and spacious. The location, right on the beach, is beautiful. All staff were exceptionally friendly. The pool bar with happy hour 16:00-17:00 is a great touch. The massage/pedicure services were lovely and affordable. We heard a large variety of languages spoken among our fellow guests - which we see as a plus! There was no unnecessary hogging of unused lounge chairs (big plus). Overall good vibes. We were sad to leave and would happily return here!

It didn’t take away from our stay but travelers to Phuket should note that the ocean is not always possible to swim in. The currents & waves were too strong when we were there so swimming was prohibited (with good reason). Moreover, the water is not particularly clean. The beach in front of the hotel was clean and well-kept.

Amazing location, very friendly staff, excellent pools that kept both our kids happy (7 and 14 year old boys), spacious room with plenty of wall hooks to keep all the clutter in place , very good breakfast that covered everyone’s needs, laundry room located close to the pool area so we could easily use it while at the pool

Honestly I liked everything.

Ok, real talk. This place is amazing. We've stayed in 5 star hotels before on this trip so didn't have very high expectations for this one given it was 4 stars and the photos on Booking.com were unamusing at best. BOOOOY were we wrong. This place shattered all our expectations and was definitely our favourite place to stay from 6 places in our month-long trip with our two little kids. Don't know where to start with the awesomeness. The rooms are well thought out and well appointed. The hotel set-up is incredibly clever with 4 large (or 6 total depending how you want to count) pools for different people/activities. There's two slides for kids. The bar is fantastic. The breakfast is incredible. Staff are amazing. Restaurant is great also for lunch and dinner. This is a concept hotel so has a bunch of free activities throughout the day (including kids club, activities, shows put on by professional performers, table tennis, volleyball etc). You don't have to participate but I highly recommend you do! Their kids club is fantastic - our kids really enjoyed the staff there.Lollo (giraffe character) and Bernie (bear character) come round to greet children 3 times daily if you needed a cherry on the cake. It is located right on the beach for awesome sand play and swimming. Can also rent a jetski/boat etc right there. Great location. It also has local restaurants and massages right next door if you want. Overall couldn't have asked for a better experience to end our trip.

The pool and slide were amazing, the kids club was great for my 2 and 4 year old who spent a lot of time there, the staff were all super friendly, we stayed in a Happy Baby Studio which was perfect on the ground floor with easy access to the pool. The resort is small enough to only ever be a minutes walk from anywhere, the food was really delicious and the buffet breakfast was great. Right on the beach and next door to the Lazy Coconut which was lovely. The massage hut was great value and I had 3 amazing massages. Highly recommend to families especially with small children!

Would’ve been nice to have a bath in the bathroom and I think the bathrooms will need redoing soon but in general it was still absolutely fine. And the furniture in the restaurant could be updated but again absolutely fine and the food was really nice
