Breakfast could be better - very limited options. Also, the jacuzzi could have been cleaner.

Big room with wardrobes, kitchen, big bathroom, work table and a balcony. The location is good. 5 minutes ride to Bang Tao Lagoon and 5 minutes walk to the beach. They also have a shuttle to the beach every morning at 10.

Air conditioning is very old and you can not control the temperature. Even if you do, it's still cold, always cold. The breakfast is very poor. Don't pay for it, just go 30 meters to the restaurant in Diamonds resort which is much much better or other places nearby.

Two nice pools, absolutely amazing support from Paylin (hospitality manager). Staff are ready to support with all situation. Regular anti-infection clear – no big problems with mosquitos. Good location - 10 mins by foot to the beach, 15 mins to Porto de Phuket and Villa Market. Very large rooms.

Breakfast is very asian :)) rise, eggs, fruits – very regular, very middle taste. In some areas WiFi is not good. You should be ready to wake up with the first roosters – small village right on the next courtyard. There are some small difficulties with shower, but it was fixed.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Just a short walk to a quiet, clean, and beautiful beach. Surrounded by many restaurants and a nearby 7/11. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Especially beds-large and very comfortable-could sleep there for ages.

Several issues during our stay: the jacuzzi didn’t work and had yellow water, and the pool water wasn't very clean. We saw dead cockroaches on the premises and had small ants in the room. Breakfast was limited, tasteless, with poor coffee and no pastries. The £3000 in cash deposit was unexpected, and we—along with other guests—faced disputes over missing glasses. Recommend taking photos on arrival.

Lovely hotel in a good location. 2 minutes to Bang Tao beach via tuk tuk from outside the hotel, 100 baht and 150 baht to Boat Avenue, a few minutes by tuk tuk. The swimming pools are lovely but the one nearest the breakfast room could do with 2 or 3 more sunbeds! The ground/gardening staff are amazing, the gardens are immaculate. Special mention for Gift, the lovely lady on the reception desk and for Yim, so welcoming and helpful at the pool bar.

No evening meals available, no bar in the evening, which surprised us as the owners are probably missing a good source of revenue.

We stayed at the Apartment with a terrace and a private pool. I loved the space of the property, large build in kitchen larder which we used for our clothes, plenty of space to move around in the room , the massive bed with good mattress and pillows. Kitchen equipped basically but you don’t need much, you eat out. The swimming pool is on your doorstep. The Diamond Resort is across the road with great food served all day long. You save money if you stay at COCO and eat at the Diamond Resort. The sandy beach with warm , clean water is a fair distance but good way to keep yourself fit on holiday. We were using motorbikes, 10 times cheaper and more fun. You won’t go fast ( in terms of safety) because of the traffic , so quite safe. Just download an app called Bolt and have local currency with your ( which is used commonly). The beaches are populated with restaurants.

The water in the private pool is cold and it is impossible to really relax as the area is dark and humid and cold still with 30 degrees outside. Mosquitoes in the property come out from nowhere ( perhaps the vents on the ceilings), and attack at night if you won’t have some precautions done.
