We had a 3 bedroom ground floor unit next to the pool. Because the mini apartment was long it meant the kids were down one end and us the other giving us much appreciated space. Bang Toa Beach was lovely to swim at and spend the day, much nicer than the other we visited. The hotel offer an easy transport service to and from the beach and local shops. Would definitely stay again. Food at their restaurant was pretty good, breakfast buffet was nothing special but adequate. There is also a little cafe next door not afflicted which was very reasonable and great to grab something from anytime of the day.

Was a bit weird in that the apartment had a kitchen but it was empty so you had ti special order cutlery, bowls and plates etc. When we did they only provided enough for 2 people even though they knew there were for of us. Not a major, just a bit weird.

Amazing hotel and service.

Too many Russians

Spacious apartment with full equipped kitchen. Breakfast can be chaotic but food was excellent. Staff are genuinely trying to help with everything. Shuttle bus to the beach and Boat Ave is very handy.

Phuket has become a mini Moscow and it’s no different with this hotel as the majority of guests are Russians. The behaviour of some of them in the hotel was appalling. Screaming kids, rude and aggressive behaviour towards other guests and staff. Paper thin wall can also be a problem during your sleep as I could hear them talking (perhaps yelling) to each others. I have also encountered many Russian speaking tour guides and private car drivers at the side entrance of the property where they smoked which I thought was weird. I think hotel management should look into this issue in order to support local Thai business and people.

Rooms had all the facilities that you required for a long family vacation. Kitchen appliances and crockery were in place and they took cleaning of their property very seriously. Loved the resort

Fewer Halal options in breakfast

The staff and service was excellent. Notably the hotel manager Su who was very kind and considerate. Generally all staff are very super polite and helpful which we have grown to love and expect in our 4th time in Phuket. Hotel is new with good facilities and constantly being cleaned everywhere and very well kept. it's great and very convenient to have a restaurant as part of the hotel adjoining the pool. We could eat/relax and watch the kids play. It would be even better if they could expand the kids area a little bit as there were alot of families staying there. Very convenient to have a private shuttle service available to take us to the beach and to the shopping/restaurant area. All in all we were satisfied and happy with our stay . It only fell short of top score from the dislikes we mentioned.

The room is a bit on the small side but very clean and new. Was asked to pay 1000 Thb per night for linen to use the sofabed despite booking for 3 people with sofabed in the room which we was intending to use. The linen should have been provided for free as we wouldn't have required any linen changes for the 7 night we stayed there and it would have protected their sofabed for the hotels benefit, not ours. The swimming pool was a bit too cold and as it's a very much family oriented hotel, the water should have been warmer for the kids to use. This may explain why we noticed that the pool was mostly empty during our stay. The gym equipment is pretty dated but at least it was available to use during our stay.

away from the very touristic Padong but close to the Bangtao beach. very nice long swimming pool. rooms are studios with little kitchen, living room, and all necessities. what a gem this place.

the shuttle cars use diesel and could be very smelly. but that’s the only thing that was less pleasant. the staff is so extremely friendly and helpful, anything slightly uncomfortable can be totally ignored.

Excellent location, we especially enjoyed the ease and convenience of the free shuttle bus which took us to the key spots every day. The hotel is run very efficiently which is evident in their quality. Thank you to Ton for being so helpful, he was always very happy to see us and give us advice on what to do around Phuket. He helped us to book Carnival Magic which was the most incredible experience of our lives. Overall, I cannot fault this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the staff went out of their way for us. I’d like to mention that there was no space in the shuttle bus on the way back to the hotel so the driver called us another driver immediately to come and collect us as to not leave us stranded! Above and beyond. Thank you.

Staff extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet great and the restaurant is very good. Shuttle busses to and from both the beach and the "town" frequent and always punctual. The facilities are fine although at least some of the buildings could use a little maintenance and a coat of paint. We did a day tour from the hotel and it was amazing. Our tour guide and driver were both absolutely amazing and we enjoyed the day which was one of the highlights of our trip to Phuket.

Beds are very firm. The staff added two extra duvets as padding with a smile but it was still a little uncomfortable for those used to softer beds.

We enjoyed our breakfast everyday, and we thought Sue the Restaurant Manager was really great, she took the time to make you feel welcome and always had a smile, the staff generally were very friendly too. The cleaning of our room was competent also. The shuttle service was enjoyed too

We felt the bed was very hard, possibly made worse as I had a back problem, however it did improve when we had a mattress topper put on.

The whole complex is extremely clean and well kept. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard daily with fresh towels. The mini kitchen in the rooms came in very handy for breakfast. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The reception staff were happy to help us with any queries we had. The food in the resturant was very good.

The beds were a bit hard, could do with a mattress topper to soften it.
