The staff was great and super welcoming. They gave us the best room at the far end of the hotel, away from the road and the ongoing construction in the lobby. The pool was fine, but it's located just 5 meters from the main road, in case you haven't checked the map yet.

If you book a room on the roadside, it will be noisy due to the traffic.

I liked the size of the rooms! The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Cute, little spot that is near Villa Market where you can buy everything you need that the USA also has. Room had a mini fridge but would be great to have a microwave!

Breakfast was decent but wish there was an ice machine and laundry service. I wish there was a door or a shower curtain so the water from the shower didn't spray out to the sink and the floor. It does not make sense to me that the shower and the sink would use the same space. Not enough parking spaces for a resort. We rented a car from Phuket Airport and had to find parking elsewhere that was not in the front of the resort on Day 2. The resort literally had only 4 parking spots and on the side was mopeds. It fits maybe 4-5 mopeds.

Upon arrival I was considering whether or not I have arrived in a real place. But if you are looking for a real chabana experience, this is definately a resort. The receptionist was a cat, but we were able to talk things through and check into our waterfront habitat. The lakeview is promising as it promises you a view over the lake. Whether the lake itself is a lake, one has to decide by themselves & live with the consequences. In general I had a solid 3 nights there and can't stress enough that you have to experience it to believe it.

Great hotel in a very good location for the shops and restaurants on Boat Avenue. The rooms are very comfortable, most with views over the lake. The staff are all lovely, with a special mention for Ploy, who was always delightful.

Nothing to dislike

Great location, close to Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket, areas full of restaurants, supermarkets, shops (even if pretty expensive). Few minutes away to the beach (you have many options around, like bang tao, surin, kamala, nai thon). Room is very spacious and bed extra comfortable. Friendly staff. Fair price. We will certainly come back!

Rooms are a bit aged, something is missing in the bathroom (like hangers or curtains), difficult to find a parking in the weekends, necessity to have a car to enjoy at fully.

Staff were very friendly, lagoon was beautiful and peaceful with lots of wild life, room was spacious and clean.

Everything was lovely but the pool could do with a bit more shelter and shade as it was a bit gooey at the bottom of the shallow end, potentially some mold due to exposure.

Excellent location very close to shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is just a 25 min stroll. Very comfortable spacious rooms and comfortable bed.

A smell now and again from the drain in the bathroom when it rained

very big room with balcony and place for work, good location, near Boat Avenue. 26 min to the Bang Tao Beach. very comfortable bed, nice view on the lake and hot water

room was too old, dirty walls and gekkos, it’s overpriced for this hotel, but everything is good!

The hotel is quite basic but comfortable (bed was great). The staff were also helpful and there is no bar but a beer fridge in reception which was handy ;) Conveniently located near to a lot of shops and restaurants

The pool could do with some maintenance

Lovely staff.good location.nice pool. Very good value for the upscale resort it is in. Surrounded by good restaurants,shopping etc.
