The coffee shop is really an amazing place and the varieties of drinks & food is also very good. The room was good and quiet, a bit away from the very crowded coffee shop. Ginger cat at the reception is super sweet!

The location sucks but the hotel is nice. The swimming pool was not usable (in the full season) so that is a minus - plus you can’t realistically swim there.

The best was swimming pool. FLat were nice, but caffe itself was very expensive. higher prices than Europe. Breakfast was 450 BHT per person. Simple juice 290 BHT. Whole day there was full, because families was coming and paid for making amazing photos by this Victorial flowers on lake and boat by dron. We had issue in bathroom, which was not originally in our room, but our Neighborhood up . We were not able to use our flat for half day , but noone was even informing us, that they would like to go in our room. We just came from morning walk and there were 4 men sitting and trying to repair bathroom up via our room. No apologise, no sale, no even simple coffee offer like apologise. We didnt have for 2 days any towels, because as lady on reception said, sorry, but didnt have enough dry towels. But you are here with friends , so you can ask them , they have. Very weird behaviour in 5* hotel. Swimming pool was the best. Without this, it was only unncessary expensive flat.

The hotel is great and the staff are really attentive, supporting and awesome. During my stay, my friend and me are having emergency. The manager even came to the hospital and they offered us a free stay until everything is settled. They also offered us meal and drinks and visited us at the hotel. They are showing a great hospitality. The facilities are great and they even provided smart tv with netflix and youtube. They also offered mosquite repellent inside the room. The pool also great and surround with pool of lotuses. Such a nice ambient

It was great! The last 2 days before coming back home we decided to stay at Phuket So from our hotel it was more than 1h to get to airport and we decided to find smth beautiful +closer to airport So in Instagram we found this place We stayed only few hours, but! 1. Very beautiful place You will do a lot of beautiful pics and enjoy there 2. 20 mins to airport It was really fast 3. Clean, nice and everything looks like new in the house Very comfortable 4. Swimming pool 5. Very friendly stuff So I can recommend this place!

We were trying to sleep in the afternoon and couldn't do it because the tech stuff did there some tech reconstructions, and it was noisy But I believe it is not every day . Except this everything was good

The Staff were very friendly and on hand to help at any time. They were very helpful when we needed to ask questions about getting to places. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel as it was a lovely few days for my partner and I to relax and enjoy our trip in Thailand.

The Hotel Café gets very busy with couples who are looking to get professional photos taken in the giant lillypads. It was quite busy but it provided great entertainment from the pool.

We spent one night at the hotel, renting a villa near the pool. For the money, the hotel is excellent; the room is clean, spacious, equipped with everything you need, and an additional bonus - a large veranda. The villas are located in a separate, enclosed area, so you can't hear or see the noise from the crowds of tourists. During the day, the place is busy due to cafe visitors and photo sessions. However, in the evening and morning, when there's no one around, you can peacefully enjoy the beauty of this place and capture stunning photos.

The overall look of the property is beautiful. Its unique Lilly pond is always a great sight to wake up to. The breakfast variety was great and the staff were very welcoming.

The location was far out from most locations. The bathroom looked more modern than it actually was and overall cleanliness of the rooms could have been better.

It was well located. We stayed for only 1 night but the bed was very comfortable. The lily pads were stunning and well maintained. Good breakfast options and the swimming pool was a great way to beat the heat. The room is spacious with a large and comfortable bed.

The place gets very busy as its an attraction so make sure to have your breakfast early to avoid the hectic crowds.

The place is very beautiful and perfect for pictures. our villa was spacious, very clean and had quality furniture and very cosy bed. the pool was well kept, although I can understand how some people think it might seem „dirty“ and that is because it is surrounded by trees so the surface of the water has some organic particles, but nothing to consider „dirty“. it is just normal for such an environment. The staff were very friendly, and I think they are working really hard to keep the place clean and safe. there is literally a security guy walking around almost every hour checked the area, even at night. so again, I have to disapprove one of the reviews that said they felt not safe. I think the hotel took that review seriously and fixed that.

the breakfast was below average. they can improve on the quality and variety of food. the coffee was very good.
