Superb value for money. Rooms are clean and come with a balcony. Lovely pool as well. Breakfast has limited options, but is very delicious and sufficient. Location in the center of the island lets you go anywhere quickly by motorbike. There is a 7/11 and a Lotus with a nice food court just around the corner.

Nothing really.

The hotel is simple yet covers all the bases. They even have plates and bowls to eat food in the room in more comfort. The pools looked nice yet I didn't use them. It is centrally located, which could be good or bad depending on your needs. The room has a decent refrigerator that has more water stocked each day. The staff was excellent! I extended my stay multiple times as it suited my needs.

There were some awkward designs in the room. Bedside tables were not really usable (small and no open top space), no hand soap provided in the bathrooms and no hand towel rack either.

Breakfast was good, nice choice buffet style. Two pools were nice the larger pool across the car park was better my preferred pool. Quiet location with a 7 eleven and a few, small places to eat just round the corner. The arrangement of the rooms around a central pool was nice with plenty of comfortable seating around.

I would have like a comfortable chair in the room instead of a padded bench (just personal preference).

It has a back door to Lotus. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room has sink at the balcony, good for long vacation stay. It may be a bit far from the city centre but it is located behind lotus -- very easy to book ride using any app. It has two swimming pool, seems to be a quiet place (at least that time while I was staying there).

The location was convenient, and easy to find. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were greeted by a resident cat called “Rubber” 🐈‍⬛ and she was super lovely.

The air conditioner and fridge were quite loud. I’m a light sleeper so it could be trouble for some.

Because I travelled alone I had to rely on the hotel staff about organising me pick ups and tours. They provided top service. Everyone welcomed me using my name, that made me feel very special. I was visiting the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary and I chose this hotel because it's only 25 mins drive away and very affordable. 2 pools are very nice, unique experience. My room faced the back and it was very peaceful. Shopping mall with food court is 3 mins away and they have streetfood market on Thursday. Breakfast was good,good selection and had variaty between days. There is no restaurant but you can order from foodpanda or buy food at the food hall in Lotus center for lunch or dinner. 7 Eleven is 3 mins walk also. I asked them to get me airport transfer and also a driver for sightseeing. He was great I was very pleased with the service. I had limited time in Phuket and they made it special. They also had the best memory foam cushions in the room! Great night sleep

Everything was good

Breakfast was simple but taste really good,simple but enough that's all you need. Bed&pillows are excellent,so clean and good quality. Location is great.Not far for the airport ,a bit far from the city but we don't want to go in to the city anyway. There is a 7-11 just right next door. The swimming pool was small but lovely and big enough for a hot and not busy day.

Beer at the hotel was quite expensive.

Easy parking. Two swimming pools. Buffet breakfast was included in our case, the staff that ran the breakfasting area were fantastic.

The room was outdated and needs an upgrade. The same was true of the corridor flooring.

Even the location is not in the center of Phuket, but it's near Thalang Hospital, 7-11, Tesco Lotus, so you can find anything you want around here. The cleanliness is super satisfied, clean and tidy bedsheet.

I think the location of the air-con should be fixed, sometimes it's cool and sometimes it's not

Hotel is located really far from the beach, you need car. Swimming pool is located just in the hall, so from the early morning you may be disturbed by voices and noise, and floor near the pool is extremely slippery. The breakfast was quite poor
