Loved the comfy bed, spacious, well equipped room & bathroom. Great location in residential area but do need transport. Fabulous Ao Manao / Wing 5 beach 5min moped ride away. Loved the view Mountain from Room 305, very quiet. Totally loved the fabulous & helpful Reception staff who made thisxstayvso enjoyable. Was that good, we extended our stay TWICE direct with Hotel. 24hr convenience store 2minute walk that sells hot food/drinks.

Swimming pool, not used as very cold, probably great in peak heat seasons. Minimal lounge areas. Only breakfast till 10am, then just your room kettle for beverages, unless you bring food/drink in but no indoor eating area as dining room locked off. Can eat outside in the smoking area though. Name misleading as no sea view.

Fantastic room, most comfortable bed on our trip so far, powerful shower, good size balcony nice view across to the mountains. Kettle in room but no tea bags, just coffee. Didn't stay long enough to use the pool, but it looked inviting. Breakfast was disappointing, just toast and jam and tea/coffee, unless you like an Asian style savoury breakfast of rice and chicken. There were some fried eggs and chicken sausages but not sure how long they had been there for. Would have been nice to at least have cereal, milk, yoghurt, and a variety of fresh fruit. Would definitely return, but book room only. Little bit further out of the main part of town (20mins walk), but tuk-tuk always available.

Very new hotel. Large clean room and very comfortable bed. Staff friendly

We knew that it was a mile from centre of town/coast so were happy to walk and it was only 100 baht for a tuk tuk from Al Maneo beach. If you want your room cleaned/ more drinking water mention it to reception when you have breakfast otherwise this gets missed. Also we were in a room facing the road, opposite was a new bar that played music till approx 1130pm most nights. It was okay with earplugs but you may want to request a room further away from road. Overall very happy and would stay here again.

It is a fairly new hotel. The rooms are good size for couple. The king bed was the most comfortable bed we'd had in all our travels, cold aircon, really long bench, mini fridge, coffee/ tea making facilities. Ensuite was lovely, nice hot water and balcony with mountain views with small clothes hanging rack. The pool was very welcome on our extremely hot days, lovely and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful, (google translate is great) even the security staff. Breakfast comes with the room price is really good. We would return and recommend. Thank you.

It is a little bit out of the main town area. On our last day the security staff pointed to pushbikes that we could have used. Next time we will.

Lovely new clean hotel and quiet except for breakfast which is a noisy echoey room due to the design. Pool looks lovely even though we did not use it. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with calling taxi and recommending restaurants etc and with the use of Google translator.

Location is about 1.5 km from train station and really a taxi drive away from most restaurants and beaches. There are a couple of very modest restaurants close by.

There are a lot of places that can learn from what they've done here. They've used quality products and built a modern, clean and very functional property. The rooms are large and comfortable with new, large TVs, good internet and nice beds. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive There's plenty of parking

The side facing the main road is noisy all night. Breakfast was good but almost everything was cold (not heated properly)

New hotel in walking distance from the beach and so called city center. Clean, spacious rooms (AC, electric kettle, coffee, fridge, water, Thai TV-channels) with a balcony and a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast is basic and often cold. Pool is quite small but nice and refreshing.

One young lady at the reception speaks English, others don't so there is some confusion both our and their end. No safety deposit box, no tea in the room even when I asked for it.

A very attractive new hotel with comfortable and large bedrooms including a balcony. Although it is a bit out of the main town it is perfectly easy to get to the centre by walking or taxi. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything in the hotel is spotless.

The breakfast buffet is okay, but the food tends to be cold when it should be hot or at least warm.

TV only had Thai channels, which is not enough for a tourist destination. With the location not being very good, the TV is more important here than other hotels. Only having cold water in the wash sink was a disappointment as the rest of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast only had cold eggs, no bacon and "plastic" sausages. Hales sweet juice only. Catering again was Asian

Large modern rooms, new hotel. Helpful friendly staff. Sparkling inviting swimming pool. Buffet Breakfast with Thai, Western options. Higher floor rooms with the extra cost, recommended. Will stay again when visiting Prachuap KK.

A guard rail to aid entry into the swimming pool would be helpful.
