Lovely host.Very willing to help with anything.Lovely room.Comfy bed.Very clean.Great having a kettle to make coffee.Aircon good and not at all noisy.Very safe.We would recommend.Value for money very good.We certainly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.But transport is needed to make trip perfect.We love walking so not an issue for us.At night when dark we got tuk tuk.But host can help with scooter rental.So don't let it put you off.

Jacky the host is really helpful. He answered all our questions and gave quick replies. Our tuk tuk driver was very genuine and we enjoyed our time with him. There is a breakfast place nearby where cute old ladies sell rice porridge and local Thai desserts. We loved it. Please visit these ladies in the morning.

Rooms were a bit dark even when we turn on all the lights. It is bit far from the city and the main beach Ao Manao. But you can easily rent a bike or get tuk tuk

The small but built with great taste guesthouse was very beautiful, the owner is an artist, you can see how he design the garden area. All amenities in the room were of high quality, the way he divided the small space is very thoughtful.

Very good value for your money, don't be afraid about the location, you can rent a motorbike or bicycle for a good price. Rooms are good and very clean. Host is nice as well. He were driving us closer to the bus and will help you to get bus station or train station. We didn't have time to spent more than 2 days, but it is great place for longer stay as well. It's walking distance to van/bus station

Good price not to far from the city although not a walking distance. It somewhat quiet but I can hear the train going by. Nice little place and safe.

My bed make a lot of noise when I move. It a bit put of town so you will need a vehicle to get around. Should have more place to hang your stuff

Beautiful room, in a silent zone. Very clean. Also the Chuky was very nice, he gave me a bicycle for free to go around.

The only point if you do not have a scooter, the only 2 ways to reach the centre is crossing the highway or the train trail

I received a friendly welcome from Jackie. Parking outside my room. The room was clean and had everything I needed. TV, kettle, coffee, hot shower and fridge. I would definitely recommend it. Short drive to the beach/town.

Great small and quiet property. Rooms are new and clean and very spacious. The owner super welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend this property and would stay again!

Casual, relaxed but well appointed. Jack couldn’t have been more obliging, yet discreet. Never ‘ in your face’ but always there when needed.

Possibly the walk to town and beaches. However, Jack loaned me a bicycle free of charge. Brilliant!
