We have absolutely marvelous stay in this hotel! If You want quiet and tranquil rest this is Your hotel. We've received free upgrade of our room on arrival. It was on the second floor with sea view. There was everything needed for comfortable rest. Hotel is located far from main road so there is no traffic noise. Nearest 7/11 is 10 minutes' walk. If You exit hotel territory to the beach and turn left You can walk several km along uninterrupted shore. If You turn right in 10 minutes You'll reach cluster of small beach cafes with great seafood, sunchairs, tree shade etc. Breakfast containing Asian and European was very good. Staff was very helpful, they arranged our local transportation. This is just recommendation for guests: if You need local currency You should change it in advance because nearest exchange office is 20 minutes ride from hotel.

The rooms where clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The fact it is advised not to swim in the sea is slightly off putting although there was a beautiful pool ir sometimes became over crowded depending on guest numbers .The large numbers of wild dogs was also intimidating the hotel did have 24 hr security and they did there job very well you would see the actively patrolling the perimeter and taking photos to report in however I would not advise walking alone at night or early morning atleast until the sun has risen and you see locals start walking about freely.If you do feel the Urge to exercise the gym is very good with modern machinery and a view of the sea and also the children's play ground to keep an eye on the little ones while you work out.

The staff were amazing, attentive and friendly at all times. They were always willing to lend a hand from the front desk, breakfast, cleaning and the pool area. Everything was clean and stocked all the time Special mention to Ton at the front desk for helping us find local attractions and taking the time to get to k ow our family and how our day went. Little sentiments like this make your holiday special when you are away from home with a large family.

The bathroom door was difficult to lock as the latch wasn’t straight

Brand new resort, clean, spacious and very easy to get to from the expressway. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed and the breakfast, contrary to what I read before, was excellent with a good variety of foods, fresh and great coffee!

Minor issues but the pool bar felt more like an afterthought, not always staff around the pool and no happy hour promotions. The A/C in the room is big so it can get cold very quickly and the door to the room did not always close properly, you really need to pull it in.

A great choice of breakfast including Thai and European. Staff were very friendly. Close to beach. Good swimming pool.

Restaurant in the evening didn't have much choice and a little expensive. Had to travel to do shopping by car etc. Not easy area to get Grab taxi as a bit out of their way.

The location . The drilling in the morning on thr Building site. No vegan Food posibilities. We were looking to Stay in Rayong but on booking it says Rayong and that its 20 kn from the Center which was actualky 48km. To get any where its an expensive taxi ride. Not a Beach front to lay on .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern big room and nice balcony. Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning unit was quiet and easy to use. Breakfast buffet was good, freid eggs and scrambled eggs were freshly prepared. Delicious coffee.

Breakfast: There was only one type of cheese and cut in very small pieces. We missed vegetable. Beach: Was univiting and there were dogs on the beach.

The breakfast was delicious most days the location was fantastic right on the beach or be it a little quiet but great just the same

The local facilities were quiet only a few little restaurants and one bar outside the hotel which was not good without a car

The room is spacious. The staffs are so kind. The sea view looking from the windows makes us feel relaxed. This is one of the best family hotels I've ever visited.

Morning breakfast is a little less variety. It's a bit difficult because our kid has picky eating habit. It's crowded when it comes to long weekend and full of kids.
