The rooms are large with spaces to organize your things, the beds are very comfortable, and if you select a river view room, you get no traffic noise and a glorious view of the secondary sunset reflected on clouds and in the water. The swimming pool and the beach make it a perfect place for families too, just be careful crossing the road to the beach. There are restaurants in walking distance and taxis or grab cars are easy to find. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet choices are plentiful but as is true all over Thailand, the warming trays are not very effective. This is our hotel of choice when staying in Rayong.

Weekend prices are higher than weekdays.

I had an amazing hotel stay for two weeks. Very service-oriented and friendly staff, fresh and peaceful environment. Wonderful room with a sea view and super tasty food at the restaurant. It was great to swim in both the pool and the sea. The hotel gym was excellent. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest 7/11, but it's good to get some exercise. It’s also very convenient and cheap to travel around with a Bolt taxi. I will definitely return to Rayong and Fortune. Rayong is not too "touristy" yet and is very charming and peaceful.

There could have been two more sunbeds.

Well-appointed hotel, exceptional staff members, warm hospitality situated right on the beach front. Transportation will be a bonus, but power walking along the beach front, up to local restaurants, market stalls selling fish easily doable. Loved my deluxe room. Allocation on 5th Floor, 510 next to the elevator just ideal!! Great value for money, including breakfast Would return again, this time with a car or hire a motorbike, the most popular mode of transport. It was just a great 4 days experience all around!!

Nothing to dislike.

We appreciated the large, quiet room. The swimming pool was also very nice, and the gym looked appealing, although we didn’t use it. The air conditioning was very effective. The staff were extremely friendly, and the room was cleaned daily. Every day, we received two bottles of water (0.5 liters each). A special thanks to receptionist Rita, who was exceptionally kind and provided us with detailed information about our return to the airport, which was a great help.

The air conditioning could be quieter for sleeping. It would also be nice if the swimming pool had an area with some shade over the lounge chairs.

The location was perfect as opposite the beach and near the mangrove walk.There were good bars and restaurants next to the hotel.Our three year old really enjoyed the kid's pool.

The breakfast was adequate but it would have been nice to have had a few sweet items such as Danish pastries to enjoy with a coffee.It would be nice if they had live music during Happy Hour as the restaurant lacks atmosphere for drinking in the evening.

The location was great , next to the beach and Fresh Air. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was amazing view to the river and actual town. Comfortable bed .

It a bit far from the town centre, shopping mall and long walk distance to a great restaurants . Unfortunately you can’t swim on the beach. Rayong city limited good restaurants due to lack of tourism cause it’s one of major industries area. Breakfast need to be improved.

Friendly people at reception. Feel welcome. Great location near the beach and many restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The bed was not so good for me, had back pain waking up. Breakfast was mediocre. Could make improvements here. There is a lot of choice, but nothing standing out or really tasty. Better to focus on a few products and make the quality better.

Location. The beach literally just outside the hotel turned into a pop-up restaurant at night, with practically no western visitors.

There were only two loungers at the pool, and these were often taken early. The hotel next door with a similar sized pool had six! Google Maps showed the hotel approximately 2 km west of its actual location.

The location right across from the beach was exactly what we wanted. The staff were responsive when we asked for a shady place to sit and moved tables and chairs under a tree on the beach front itself. The beach itself was clean and the water clear.

Rooms on the west side were better for seeing the sunsets!

I would find it very hard to fault this hotel the staff were extremely helpful and friendly the hotel was very comfortable the rooms had everything needed and we're cleaned daily. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice . I found the location very good as well

The only thing that does need addressing would be more lounges around the pool or at least seating .
