The lady from the property it s amazing. So lovely and helpful, also she help me to rent a moto. The price it s very good for the condition, it s cleean and family friendly. The location it s near by the beach, near by 7/11 and Big C.

Unfortunately when I stayed there was some construction going on so was a bit annoying and also not very far away it s a mosque so you gonna her the bells. Anyway for me, because i did not stay to much in the room was not a problem.

This is a typical Thai "resort". It's a collection of stand alone single occupancy buildings down a smallish road. I booked the cheapest room. It had air conditioning, hot water, good fast internet. They had a swimming pool (that I didn't used). The check-in person was extremely helpful. The place felt safe and family friendly, and the bed was nice. After checked out, I asked to see the fancy family rooms, and they looked extremely nice. The beach is about 5 minutes away by car. I think I will go there sometime with my family.

There's nothing I really didn't "like" about the resort. It's down a remote soi, but that is part of the charm and it's very quiet. I noticed by the beach they had the road closed for a Thai style festival, so if you're there when they are having the festival, it might be a little difficult to get to the beach.

A lovely stay, the bungalow is large with very good air con and a lovely comfortable bed, with a nice terrace to sit out. The swimming pool was a great addition, very clean and not too much chlorine. It's not huge but big enough to have a swim in. The staff were lovely, I left a bag there whilst going camping and they let you use the pushbike there for free. The local restaurants were nice and cheap, I was fond of this quiet area. Great stay, luxury at a cheap price

The entrance area would benefit from less concrete and more greenery, but that's a minor quibble.

From the check in until departure everything was dealt with respectfully. I rode my motorbike from South Pattaya to this resort and was immediately happy. Nice room, nice pool and a wonderful welcome from the Manager Mel. She asked if I needed anything and 2 minutes later delivered some cold beers to my apartment. This has quickly become my escape from South Pattaya. She advised me to visit Ta Phong food market and I got some delicious food at local prices. Love this resort. I will be back. Slightly over 400 baht per night. Superb.

Nice bungalow style house with a terrace. Location is very quiet and a bit difficult to order taxis and food. Definitely recommend renting a motorbike as it makes it easier getting around to the beaches or to ban phe pier. The swimming pool is nice and pretty well maintained, the trees offer a peaceful atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful

Very friendly and helpful staff, they sorted us with a motorcycle straight away which was so useful to get into town and down the beach. Beautiful cabin we stayed in, so peaceful and calm, great stay overall.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the towns. Great pool right outside your cabin. Staff were great , cabin has aircon , big fridge . Just no sound deadening.

Bed was really uncomfortable

Nice bench to sit outside if the weather's not too hot.

Need you're own transport if you're going to stay here, nothing really withing walking distance. Room was pretty small, but no complaints for the price.

The room is an independent building with a wooden structure, a personal activity area, and is neat and clean. It's quiet at night, has a swimming pool and is clean.

Very good price for detached bungalow. Big territory, nice swimming pool.

For this price it's sooo good.
