The raft is so, so neat and I love that it is right on the river, you can put your legs in right from the room.

Since the shower drains directly into the river, I wish the shower gel/shampoo that was provided was biodegradable. I wish there was a hammock, that would have been perfect to have on the balcony. The sound/vibrations from people in the rooms on the same raft made it a bit difficult to sleep. The dogs on the street nearby the hotel were a bit aggressive which made it not as nice to walk around.

The resort was attractive and finished and maintained to a great level. Lovely rooms and bathrooms. I wish we could have stayed longer. Great food. Staff very helpful in organising us a driver to take us to Erewan falls and back to Bangkok via a stop in Kanchanaburi. Value for money for the 5 of us. Did the bamboo rafting which was a fun activity. Free pickup from Nam Tok train station.

Construction on the other side of the river, but it was not in our direct line of sight from our room. Sad the resort is losing that isolated feeling. Cocktail options were a couple of alcopops but it didn't matter too much. And that's it for negatives!

Excellent location over river Kwai and great place to unwind far away from any locality. Food offered in their restaurant is great given the remote location. The staff & Manager went above & beyond to service the guests. The Manager woke up at 4a.m. personally for us to drop us to the nearest railway station.

Place is remotely located without any public transport facilities near by. You'll have to contend with the in-house restaurant as there's no other fooding options anywhere near. But in-house fooding is good. Anyone visiting must visit with their own car else you'll end up spending a great sum of money on commuting.

Breakfast is great. For the Muslims there are options like egg, croissants cereals. Coffee is great. The room has air condition , the toilet are with modern fittings. Very quite and peaceful . A good place to rest.

Access for those with limited mobility may be an issue for some. Those with kids please watch the kids as the river is deep. The current is strong too.

The raft room was nice but it has some insects in the room which is probably hard to avoid because the location is on the river. Food and staff are nice. There is a free activity provided like darting, swings which is really enjoyable.

Insects in the room but if you’re not allergic to it. It’s fine.

The family who owns the business was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, they even brought me to a motorcycle rental and on my departure day to the train station. The rooms on the rafts are quite large and have a great terrase to relax on.

The coffee which they serve at breakfast had zero taste, so sad because Thailand has such excellent coffees. Unfortunately there is a big construction site on the other river bank, but this is not the fault of the resort!!!

We enjoyed the peaceful setting and it was very relaxing being on the river. The included breakfast was great. Also enjoyed dinners in the restaurant and river rafting in Saturday organised by the staff. The staff were very helpful to arrange transport for the 5 of us to attend waterfall and elephant experience.

They are building a new resort across the river which detracted from the peacetambiennce.

Everything its quiet and secluded. The river is a beautiful view. They also provide massage services and have room sevice and restaurant. The food is delicious service is fantastic. I really enjoyed my stay here and want to come back again. Thank you to all the lovely staff

The buffet breakfast was excellent and the location next to the river was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful; be sure to say hi to the local kitty (named S̄̂m (orange) and bring treats! :)

A lovely room on the river, and beautifully appointed.

There is a slight lack of privacy, given the thin walls and shared terrace area. Although by no means the hotel’s fault, the construction work on the opposite bank of the river is rather ugly - go for one of the rooms further away, and it is not a problem.
