Bara Bara Budget Satun is a really nice place to stay with your family. The rooms are comfortable, just nice in size, pool was amazing and kids love it, the pantry is convenient to be used by every unit. They even provide light food for breakfast, and the coffee machine is awesome. Definitely recommend this place. Brought my grandmother with me and she loves it. No stairs and everything was within walkable distance. Kudos to the owner and the friendly staffs!

Have to drive a bit (5 minutes) to go to the beach as it was not fronting the beach. But it still within a short range so I am not complaining.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel still provides excellent service. The best highlight of the hotel: 1. Comfortable and well-designed room. 2. Clean and well-maintained bathroom. 3. A Qibla direction sign is available. 4. Room facing the swimming pool. 5. Located near a 7-Eleven and breakfast eateries offering a variety of halal menus. 6. Provides a free parking area. 7. The staff can communicate in English. 8. Payment can be made using QR Pay Malaysia with minimal charges. 9. Free-flow coffee and snacks are available, along with a simple breakfast provided. What I love the most about this trip is being able to hear the call to prayer (adhan) clearly from the hotel room.

There are two aspects I hope the hotel could improve: 1. The water pressure in the bathroom is slow. 2. It would be great if there were a back pathway providing access to the beach, though I’m unsure if that’s possible.

This was definitely my best accommodation during my trip to Thailand. We were group of friends and couples and we all stay at this amazing small resort. It felt like private resort just for us. The rooms were super clean, bedding and towels soft and smelling amazingly. The interior is very tasteful designed with a great sense for decoration and some practical solutions for storage. They welcomed me warmly with a hand-written message and some traditional Thai sweets. It was a nice gesture. We enjoyed in our rooms and also in the pool area, which was also very clean and well maintained. Beverages and snacks on the pool terrace were tasty and always provided. Stuff was very professional and friendly, helping me with my luggage and taking care that we feel really welcomed in every moment. Thank you very much for a great time, hopefully we will be back!

The best hotel in this area that not near the beach. Clean and well maintained with large pool enough for everyone. The pool is 1.3m deep. The pool is clean and maintained regularly. Beware! Don't let your baby play around the pool because there no life guard around. The design and styling of this hotel is great, not an eyesore at all. Suitable for family with kids. Free coffee and snack available. The smoking area is quite relaxing and the room also large.

The perfect little hotel for an overnight stay before catching the ferry to Koh Lipe. The word Budget in the name is misleading as it has so much more to offer than the average budget hotel. Lovely swimming pool, free tea & coffee with snacks & biscuits, free shuttle to the pier, water, pool towels etc. It was great!

Youll be welcomed with refreshing mint scent upon entering the reception area. Free flow of coffee/tea/hot chocolate is definitely wonderful. My mom enjoyed their local ‘tepung bungkus’ and ‘pulut inti’ so much! Definitely a bonus point there. Design was simple yet aesthetically pleasing!

Im still confused tbh, there was lingering unpleasant smell upon entering our room, but eventually it did smell like the mint too🤨so yeah im still confused up to this date. Room cleanliness is acceptable but can be improved further as the floor was quite greasy. As everyone mentioned parking is quite far and a bit deserted at night if you were to walk alone there

Parking is on a different place, it's a short walk but quite a problem when it's raining A majority of the guests are family so lots of children play in the pool loudly until 9pm But still not as loud as the mosque nearby that prays through speakers very loudly like at 5 in the morning

The entrance of the hotel already tell it all. It is really not a budget hotel for me. This is way above the par. The exterior is just on point. Once I entered the room, I can smell a very calm mint mist which I never smell at other hotel. My son wrongly think it was chewing gum. 😅 The bed is spacious. I can comfortably sleep with my husband & two kids. Personally, I am in love with the room interior. Simple yet classic. The rattan lamp is so beautiful. The bathroom is big, clean & comfortable. The fact that the pool is at the centre of our accommodation are very great. I can easily monitor on the kids. The plus point of the hotel is their free flow coffee machine with varieties of choice. My husband love it! Oh yeah, the receptionist are friendly & can speak English fluently. She gave me a free drink voucher for the Bara Coffee Cafe nearby.

It is not a big issue for me but I think the bed sheet should be replace to a new one. It is clean but torn already. It will affect the image of the hotel.

A comfortable hotel with a beautiful view — loved the fact that the pool was right in front of the room, really gives that relaxing vibe. Overall, everything was okay and quite satisfying. Its Near to Pak Bara Jetty However, for the price paid, it would’ve been better if breakfast was included. That small addition would definitely add more value to the stay.

great stay great staff great location. easy access tu pak bara jetty. halal restaurant just a step away. also near to 7 eleven. smooth check in & check out. swimming pool until 9.00pm. parking nearby but not an issue.

this is my 1st time at this hotel. everything nice & smooth. just hope this will last forever. also great staff service.
