We really enjoyed our stay at Ekman Garden Resort. The beautiful garden is a pleasure to behold. Just off the main road down South, you find a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy. The rooms are spacious and nicely done, the breakfast is excellent and the dinner cooked with love and only fresh ingredients. We have a lovely time with the owner who speaks very good English and couldn’t be more friendly and welcome. We can only recommend this place and won’t hesitate to come back.

The hotel is a bit old fashioned, it looks like it has it's best year behind. It might be a good idea to invest a bit, repaint the rooms, and make sure it's a bit cleaner. I guess there's not many tourist in the area lately and because of that it makes no sense to invest too much. Still, I see a lot of potential.

This small boutique hotel is a pure joy. We escaped here from noisy Koh Phangan and were absolutely happy. 1. The buildings, the garden with ponds and flowers - everything is extremely beautiful. You can take a lot of Instagram photos here. 2. It's very comfortable amd clean. Nice big bed, old-fashioned room decorated with wood, flowers on your private balcony (we took the 16sq meters room on the 2nd floor), nice view from the balcony. It's very quiet. No mosquitoes. No noise from neighbours, nothing. Just quiet. 3. Bathroom is big, on the same floor and a bit more separated from the room than usual. It makes the stay more comfortable. 4. The owners are very friendly and always ready to help. Everything is like on the photos and even better. I wish we could stay longer.

Amazing beautiful stay in Sichon, away from noise. It's own beautiful paradise tucked away from loud noise. From our previous stay which felt very superficial and unwelcoming, this resort had a family vibe about it. It's owners are very helpful and welcoming and kind hearted. One of the best stays during our one month vacation around Thailand. Beautiful gardens, nature, and buildings from an Swiss architect, paintings and wild birds. This place really captured my heart. The swimming pool was a perfect size for swimming and not too deep either. Our bungalow was amazing, it had its own lite garden, shower/ensuite with extra indoor room with a sink. The beds were comfortable and felt very private too. The food was beautifully prepared, as well as drinks and snacks and water was provided in our room. It was so nice to wake up to the sound of the birds and go to sleep listening to the circadas.

It wasn't the resort's fault, but the bungalow joined to ours people were very loud. Perhaps next time the owners should make it important for People staying to be quiet during certain times.

Food was great, everything was excellent. All of the staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for a night to stay or even for a longer, peaceful holiday in this area.
