Love the fact that the location is about 15 min walking distance to Central Festival, 10 min walking distance to Asean Night Market. Located right in front of the bus station which has Amazon Cafe in it! Hence the hotel can easily get tuktuk. The hotel is new (i guess), the room was very spacious. They have daily housekeeping and provide free mineral waters.

No kettles to make coffee 😅. Lucky I brought my own hotpot. The staff there can't speak or can't understand English, this is where Mr. Google Translator came in very handy! BUT besides the language barrier l, the staff still gave their best to help me wz my needs.

Superb location. Tuktuk drivers are available just beside the accommodation. There are a lot of walkable places of interest near the accommodation. Very affordable price with spacious rooms. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay.

There were no toiletries except for toilet paper and a bar soap for each person. Additionally, while it's not really a problem for us per se, there are stairs along the way to the rooms, which may be inconvenient for people with lots of luggage.

Everything here is good. Near the Big C market,7E and attractions places such as Asean Night Bazaar (5 minute walking). Central Festival Hatyai (10 minute walking). The good part is, you can park your bike inside the building. So it's safe and secure. Also the receptionist at front is so nice (pretty lady with glasses). Can request for early check-in. Im asked for her help to watch my bag and helmet. She was ok with that. Happy to come here for another trip next time.

Remote control for aircond needs to get at reception. They don't put it in your room. But it's ok with that. Channel on tv not so many.

1.Quite a strategic location. Just 10 mins walk to Asean Night Market. 2. Just behind Hatyai Bus Terminal. 3. Big C Mini downstairs. Very convenient. 4. Central Hatyai is 5 minutes drive or 20 mins walk. 5. Nice local massage center nearby. 6. Room size suitable for 2 pax to stay.

1. Parking is very limited. Cannot accommodate 2 cars. 2. Very compact area and quite busy all the time. 3. Very, very basic hygiene product. Only 2 tiny bars of soap to use. No shampoo. Personal advice: get some from Mini Big C or bring with you.

Place was clean quiet at least when we were up in the main house where we stayed for the first part of our trip. Had cooking abilities so we're able to do our own breakfast. Which was nice. Second part of our trip we went back to the bungalows little smaller. No cooking facilities and you're more cramped. So if the people around you I happen to go out drinking all night and come back at about 4:00 in the morning and sit out on their patios having a cigarette and you might as well join them because you're not sleeping. So in the main building good bungalows eh

Nothing to not really like... Again, if you're in the bungalows just hope you have good neighbors

Great location, opposite the bus station, next to a Big C, convenient to restaurants and the ASEAN market. Hotel looked new or at least renovated, very clean. Beds comfortable and plenty of natural light. Front desk polite and efficient.

Entrance to bathroom too low and the shower head not adjustable i.e. sprays everywhere. Only mini soap bars provided, no other toiletries. Unable to access the locked balcony. Limited WiFi connectivity, could not share devices i.e. phone and laptop.

Super clean, super comfortable room with balcony (no furniture). Good matress, lovely linen, good water pressure, fridge, working AC. Hotel has a lift and is very convenient for anybody arriving or leaving from the bus and van terminal. Lots of eateries around, too, and a supermarket next door.

There were lots of tiny ants in the room, it might be an idea for the hotel to put some ant powder down. Chairs on the balcony would have been nice, so you could actually use it.

Very close to bus terminal,just a minute walk,,I can see from my room,less than 10 mins walk to central festival,,,5 mins walk to ASEAN nite market,3 mins walk to 7 Eleven, mini big C just downstairs,halal foods is everywhere. Room is clean,bed is comfortable,there is hairdryer,TV and mini fridge,,smoking area outside the lift,,staff Friendly, can speak English even not very fluent but that's enough for communication . I stayed here more than 5 times ,I highly recommended.

I like the location, near to many places such as Big C, Cafe Amazon, bus station, 7E, halal, Asean Night Market, Central Festival Mall. Also, have a lot of halal restaurant near the hotel. Easy to find tuktuk. This is my 3rd time stay at this hotel. I will always choose this hotel if I come to Hatyai
