everything. room very comfortable and nice. staffs are friendly, easy to ask questions about facilities and services such as massages services. u can arrange massage in your room. didnt have time to try their pool. the hotel location is very near to all tourist spots. just 1-3 km away.

in the night, there's knocking sound from the next room from 10pm until dawn. for 2 nights in a row. Husnuzon je lah.

Front desk staff not friendly specially morning shift. No early check-in eventhough the room is available. Still need to pay 100 baht per room per hour, extra blanket 100 baht. everything charge.

Nice swimming pool view at roof top. Staff very friendly and room clean. Parking very very very convenience. They have indoor and outdoor parking space available and I don't worry at all about that. They serve free snacks in the hotel room. I love everything about being stay in Thailand.

Room big, nice and clean.. Got mini bar and all is free. Receptionist very kind and helpful. Easy to communicate. Walking distance to Hatyai Central and hotel provide parking.

Sometimes toilet smells because of the curtains.

Staff was friendly and accommodative. Except for the soft pillow, the bed was comfortable enough while the room was clean and spacious enough. There was a cafe downstair for convenient though foods were also easily available nearby. There was no issue for us driving there because the hotel offers ample parking space nearby.

I have got issue with soft pillow. Can't comment much on other issue.

the bathrrom water flow was abit slow..

Helpful and friendly staff! The front desk team is the best. They recommended us places to go and helped us find our way around the city and out. I love the snacks and drinks they provided daily, I brought them with me during our day trips. The room is large so my friend and I have plenty of personal space.

The bathroom had a clog at the shower drain. The water went down slowly so it was uncomfortable for the second person to shower.

The staff is really helpful and nice to us. Even the place is really strategic to find food and also clean. Got welcome drink and snack also.
