The location was good. There was a microwave oven and a big smart tv in the family room. yap, my girl love it. Is was really convenient for me.

The bed was too soft, should be improved.

No breakfast. The room was not really well maintained. The bathroom was lousy. The toilet bowl water keep flushing non stop. Shower pressure was low. Not comfortable. Not sound proof, Staff not friendly at all. moody face all the time. Lift at the end of the building that need to walk quite a long way. Even the staff did not tell us about the location of the lift and we have to find a way to go up. lack of parking space.

I like the environment there, staff very friendly, dont forget to bring money for room deposit (500bht). Before I arrived they'd seen a lot of bad reviews about this hotel, but when I arrived, I loved it. For me this is a good affordable hotel, my room smells so good, toilet is clean some reviews said it is smelly but in my experience, they are not that bad, what did u guys expect? For me cleanliness and customer service are important, The Environment is clean (lobby and especially my room), front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. Every morning housekeeping staff will refill the mineral water. For me V-ocean Palace is a good hotel for any travellers. Really recommend 👍 keep showing good customer service for ur guests.

All is good and fine

Location was closed to convenient stores and a lot eateries surrounding the building. Walking distance to Lee garden hotel and 5 mins to Greenway night market n Asian night bazaar. Tuk tuk everywhere, very easy to get one.

Unable to adjust the air-conditioning temperature, even though I had raised the temperature with remote control, but it's still very cool( I set the temperature to 30degree, but yet you feel like below 20degree. Room space too small, very hard to open two luggage suitcase size 20" at the same time. Parking were limited.

The staff particularly the lovely, caring, hardworking & kind cleaning ladies, the location, the price, the small balcony, the city view even from the window, the kettle & mini fridge, the 2 daily water bottles.

The plastic covering the mattress, the small size of the room,the traffic noise from the road.

The location is great. Near to 7E, massage shop, Asean Night Market, KimYong Market, Diana Complex... this is my 2nd time stay at this hotel. Room clean and comfartable. All is good EXCEPT staff at receptionist.

I was told that the hotel is overbooked and we were offered alternative hotel branch which was slightly further away from the city center. Although the alternative hotel was spacious and we enjoyed our stay there, it was further away from city hence it was quite inconvenient for us to travel in group of 15 to city center as we needed to call either grab / tuktuk each time. Hence I was slightly disappointed as I was expecting to stay in V-Ocean hotel instead.

Elevator in side parking lot on 1st floor helps us with luggages. Air conditioner, small fridge work. Our family room with view and plenty pillows but not cheap on that Saturday.

Front Office no service no smile... Elevator is slow Bidet is broken Spring bed edge is subsided.

I like all of them. The staff is very helpful, grab and tuk tuk are easy to get, wifi is strong, places to eat are nearby. For muslims Kaksah shop is nearby 5 minutes walk.. Lee garden plaza night market 700 meters from the hotel, walk or take a tuk2. around the hotel is not noisy suitable for families.

Decent location, near Diana shopping complex but traffic there isn't high at this time. You get what you pay for, the value for money is great but don't expect super high standards of cleanliness and facilities. Overall good enough for a short stay for a solo traveller. Staff is very helpful so that's a huge plus.

Cleanliness was not the best, there were sizeable amounts of dusts and cobwebs in the room, bathroom was a little small but decently equipped.
