For Muslims traveler, i would love to say this hotel near to 7e and muslims friendly restaurant. 10 minutes average for brisk walk to attraction center like kim yong market, lee garden plaza. Hotel staff very friendly and the room very clean! For budget traveler, i would recommend this hotel for their hospitality, cleanness and location.

Great staffs, Ms. Miw in reception. And staffs very helpful and friendly to us. We are family of 4, with 2 babies. Suitable hotel for baby stroller. Very fast housekeeping service. Only 30 minutes to clean up the room each day. Location very strategic with 7eleven, morning & nights food stalls, laundry nearby. Have water filter, lift & microwave at lobby. Have big fridge in room. Only feedback was the shower low pressure, and ants around balcony area. But not a dealbreaker. Parking was limited, so we had to double park. Had to move car when requested or leave the keys at reception. Paid RM360 for 3 nights. If got more discount. We will comeback for sure!!!👍👍👍

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the busier part of the city, tons of good restaurants, corner stores, and a few of the night markets. A laundromat is right across the street, which we found convenient. It's also around 15 minutes walking to the train station. The room itself was nice, it had plenty of space, a large fridge, a kettle, and a balcony. It was also extremely clean. There's a water-refill bottle downstairs, and the ladies at reception were very friendly. The wi-fi was also good.

Nothing of note. We had a nice stay.

-Hotel is comfortable for family..very spacious room, -Provide parking n parking assistance by staff, bcoz the park space is limited. Sometime ur park may be stacked by another car..just consult w reception -Hotel area - walking distance to khetod deca, 700m to Lee garden market, 20m from 7e. -quite tricky when u first time arrive at hotel..need to drive slowly when u almost reach the hotel..it has a small tunnel to enter the hotel area with car. Overall, a nice experience here..surely not a cozy one, but comfortable stay

I like the fact that the hotel entrance is sort of like a basement so when it's heavily raining, tuk-tuk/grab can drop off inside. We were also grateful and thrilled that they allowed us for an early check-in upon our arrival in the morning. And the best part is, the room is hugeee. Strategic location, conveniently located in the middle of the city, with easy access to Grab and tuk-tuk. There's a 7-Eleven across the hotel where you can stock up on daily breakfast or a quick supper. Grab fares from the hotel to LGP are a bit pricey despite the short distance so you may want to opt for travelling on foot. 8-minute walk to Lee Gardens Plaza but get ready with your poncho during the rainy season.

Don't expect a super clean room with the price you pay. For us it's acceptable, but the pillow and mattress were rather hard.

- room is so spacious & clean - big fridge to store our 7e products - receptionist can speak malay. as we arrived around 8pm, we ask for dining area nearby, she gladly recommended a few delicious eateries (walking distance) to us. - the male staff also help us loaded our luggage inside the elevator. - car park a bit narrow but they have staff to accomodate you while you park the car. - walking distance to kaitod decha, kaitod sofeya, 7e (2 stores), cafe amazon - near to lee garden also. - this property not situated in a busy road. so there is less vehicles noise at night

1. The room size - for the price we paid, the room was considered quite spacious 2. Friendly and helpful staff - they didn't make any issues when we asked for extra pillows. The receptionist gave some recommendations on where we could go 3. Covered parking space 4. Location - not so close to everything else but walking distance and could easily get tuk2. A lot of halal restaurants at walking distance. Lee Garden was 10 mins away by foot 5. Self service laundry place just opposite the hotel. 30 baht for 13kg machine

Only some small issues like the toilet floor was not so clean and slippery but it was understandable as the hotel is quite old

Very spacious room with king sized beds. Clean. A big fridge! Hot water works! A lift too. Friendly staff.

Balcony but no view. Guess that can't be helped. No coffee or tea condiments. No shampoo or slippers provided. Not enough plug points! Or ones near the beds. Not easy to hail a tuk-tuk since it's not at a main street.

Near kaitod decha and fried chicken sofeeya. Both very good food. Lee garden can go by walking. Self service laundry infront mansion. 7eleven also very near. Easy to go grab food at any time. Receptionist is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come and stay here again. Easy to say boonchai got everything near. Im very pleased and happy during my stay.

The location close to lee garden market, kim yong market. Also close to asean night bazaar, greenway night market and central hatyai. Can take maxim to go there. Maxim price about 60-70 bth. 7eleven shop just walking distance from Boonchai. The room is so big and clean. Eventho the room is for 3 persons but it is very spacious. The price also affordable.

Not so much of things i don't like about this place. So far all is good.
