the location is very close to hatyai train station and kee garden, only 1 hours and can walk by foot if you wants to.

the receptionist is not friendly, she dont want to work there.

I would like to kindly request that you consider arranging breakfast service for guests during future stays. Unfortunately, I noticed that breakfast is not currently offered as part of the amenities, and I believe that adding breakfast would further enhance the guest experience. It could be a great way to start the day for travelers, whether it’s a light continental breakfast or a more comprehensive menu.

Is amazing, spacious, with 2 bottles of drinking water , coffee, and tea is good enough Is only a little big far away off from central, i.e., Lee Garden Plazz Hotel The condition can tell is an old Hotel. Do maintenance is in bad condition Hospitality is weak, is only a few staff, communication certainly is weak,examples my cases, made with the staff extend for another 5 days till Sunday but no communication amount the staff, in the morning shift staff still ring me during my sleep and asking me of check out, Secondly, the Wifi is not accessible, I m still on my old data server ice preliminary

The bed was comfortable and good. The service was OK, just disappointed with the lady at the counter. The way she talked was loud and kind of rude. There was a stain of ink on the bed mattress upon check in but she was demanding us to pay for it. A small dot of ink. It's advise to take video of the room and bed or even the blanket upon check in to avoid paying for something which your are not responsible . The TV was not working. The heater was not working. Tq.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and there was a restaurants nearby. 1.4km away for Lee Garden. Lee Garden for dinner & good massage. Morning can do shopping. Available tuk-tuk near the hotel. Free hotel parking where you can park without worry. Maintenance service was speed/immediately

It would be good if they could consider providing an iron in each room. You would need to pay 500 baht to borrow an iron from the counter.

The room is spacious, the location is close both to the lee garden and hatyai train station. Have a carpark space to leave the car. the aircond is so strong which is good, the bath room have hot water in good condition. The bed is spacious even can stay for 4 pax with merge bed.

Only the receptionist is not friendly and the treatment is almost like we stranger just walk by the hotel. not treat us like a guest.

it is very old style hotel but the facilities are all in good condition. air conditioner so cold!! love it so much. walking distance to the nearest 7 eleven. near to every places to visit by maxim. we arrived at 11am local time but the receptionist gave us to check in early 🥹🥹🥹 need to prepare rm50.00 as deposit and they returned to us during check out

The staff is very polite especially the one wearing headscarf, can speak good Bahasa Malaysia. The room is spacious and comfortable though it is quite an old.hotel. Aiircond is working well. Toilet is also clean.

The Madam at the reception was very professional and Mr Charlie the concierge was very helpful and arranged our tour we had a great time at the hotel, it was great value for the money paid. very large bed, large comforter. we took 2 rooms both were good. they cleaned the room every day with fresh towels and bottles of water
