Room was spotless where I slept, AC worked great (though can’t go below 22°C), and the towel was a nice surprise I didn’t expect. Had soap, shampoo, and a comfy setup. Kitchen felt nice to use, Wi-Fi was super fast on every floor (loved that!), two cameras per floor for safety, and hot water with a heater was a bonus. Clean toilets and showers right in the center were awesome! 😄 Big thanks for the care and all the perks!

Kitchen was kinda dirty and had a weird smell, which wasn’t cool. Fridge, knives, and microwave are there, but the microwave’s busted—someone broke it, so no using it. Could use some cleanup there.

The lady boss is very friendly. The entire guesthouse is very comfortable and cozy. Check in process is easy and not complicated. The view from my room is stunning and a lot of strange things that we can witness.

If you are muslim, bare in mind that the room size is small for prayer. The entire guesthouse is small and narrow. Somehow is little far from the main attraction area.

The staff of Silla House are exceptional. They went overboard on my transportation concerns going to Padang Besar. No doubt they deserve so much commendation.

The common area, which they offered for possibly free water, unfortunately it's not clean.

Strategically located near the Florida Night Market, just a 2-minute walk away. Cheap and good food starts at 5 baht! The hosts are friendly and welcoming. There is no lift to the upper floors, and the stairway is quite narrow, and if you are traveling with large luggage or suitcases, that can be troublesome getting to the top floor. There is a shared kitchen and filtered water for everyone.

I got a room near the balcony; I loved it, but it was also annoying at night, usually until about 12 a.m. because of the traffic opposite the premises. The toilet is separated from the shower room, and it is quite small if you are a big person.

Sweet and very friendly staff.. kind to help us looking for bike to rent and can negotiate price for cheeper.. room clean and in good condition. Got arah kiblat for muslim prayer.. free soap and shampoo and also provide hair dryer and iron.. we lorveeee silla house🥰🥰

Our room at level 3 so need to climb the stairs and after that i got upper bed for double decker so need to climb more stairs 🤣🤣🤣

Reasonable price, free parking, clean, suitable for backpacker, small but comfortable, the staff was nice and they borrow 2 international plugs, overall is good.

There are no lights on at night at the registration place, it would be better if the lights are on. The stainless steel stair handrails is only a small section, not a whole piece, which is inconvenient for the elderly.

The dorms and bathrooms are very cozy, comfortable and clean. The bed is pretty big, with hangers and not shelves but space enough to leave your things, and they provide a towel amd a little bag. The bathroom is big and practical also, there are balconies and the kitchen is well-equiped although there is not many free space. They provide lots of information of the area too, and there are lots of restaurants in the area.

The check in was a bit confusing as the woman didn't speak english, I still don't know how to use the key, as it didn't work for locking the dorm room nor the locker (so you can't close the door from inside neither). I also thought there were not enough common areas.

For a small room with bunk beds it was pretty cosy, nice decor, clean and comfortable beds. The bathroom similar with nice decor, clean toilets and showers and even provided hair dryers. We had a balcony view with a wide window which gave us some lovely day light. The place was quiet and the staff helpful with checking in and out next day journey to Malaysia calling the company for us we arranged it through to check where they were and an ETA. We stayed only one night unfortunately. There's a very large food and stall market across the road the other side of the traffic lights and a shopping centre 7 minutes walk away. We wished we'd had more time to explore Hat Yai. We didn't realise how much there was to do.

Even though room was small, layout was very efficient. AC and wifi were strong. Saw a foreigner sleeping on the shared kitchenette floor in the early morning. He had a bed made on the floor. He seemed kinda crazy, so we avoided him.

The room was tidy & clean. I booked a room with a balcony view & it was amazing. The room was equipped with air-cond & the toilet had a water heater. The staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely will be coming again.
