Pacific Residence truly lives up to its name, offering a stay that's nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the attentive staff. Short distance walking to shops. Receptionist are very helpful and friendly. Can converse in malay. Iron and kettle provided at lobby. Easy to get tuktuk. Got sofa and hair dryer in room.

Limited parking. Old design hotel room, felt like you are staying in house room. Windows half got grill and half not.

Great location and ideal for the price. I’ve tried to stay here on three more occasions since this stay and it’s always fully booked. Mainly due to price. Each time since I’ve had to stay directly across the road at the Red Planet which is a little more expensive but I think a much better hotel and it’s size mean they always have rooms. Staff are better and everything is slightly better to be honest but the Pacific is a bit cheaper so I always try there first.

Tatty and tired in places. Water pressure and other bits could be better. Staff need a bit of customer service training 😉

The best receptionist I ever met, really thankful for staff help when I rush for my trip to Koh Lipe and need to hurrily check out and the staff help me to make it faster. I love their location.

The water pressure really slow. And what really bothering me actually there was one women fully covered with black cloth are kinda following and staring at us when we are going up to our room. I don't really know who that person is, but it's really scaring us. The hotel can improve the way room lock because it's easily to break because don't have extra lock.

The hotel was at the city center which made it easy for us to walk around and get everything nearby. The family room was comfortable for 4 and had great space. We even had a small balcony and also table and chairs in the room to chill. Cleanliness was good as well. The staffs were friendly and helped us immediately with everything we needed. Was a great stay overall.

The lift was too small, could only fit 4 people if you have no bags. with bags i think only 2 or 3 person. And there was parking for only 1 car.

Good location The Muslim staff girl was so nice.

No fridge in the room and the door not keep the noise from outside .

The location is not too near, and not too far from Lee Garden Night Bazaar/Festival (walk 3 minute), Gim Yong Market (walk 10 minute - if you stop by nearest 7E 🤣), and Train Station (2 minute). Ideally located to all the location, so no issues about noise at night or smells from the festival and market. The room is amazingly clean, despite the low price. Cleaning lady very hardwork, unlike other hotel I've been to nearby location. Front desk also very nice and helpful. Will come again.

When I first arrived, I was very impressed with the design and cleanliness of the lobby. The location of the accomodation was good as it was near to many great restuarants and convenience stores. The bed was comfortable and staying in the room felt very pleasant. Futhermore, the staff were very kind and friendly which made my stay at Pacific Residence wonderful.

The cleanliness of the bedroom floor wasn't the best as there was still some hair left from the previous guest or guests. I would appreciate it if rooms are cleaned and checked thoroughly before new guests arrive.

The receptionist is very helpful. The hotel allows me to check in early at 10am ++. The hotel provided basic toiletries like body shower, shampoo, shower cap and hair drier. The location is very good just around 10 mins walking distance to Lee garden, Kim Yeong market, train station and many restaurants nearby

The lift is very small luckily, we only bring a bag pack

Location was excellent walking distance to lots of food outlets and Robinson shopping center. Room was comfortable and spacious, aircon was working well and sheets were changed daily. Other conveniences were money changers nearby and 10mins walk to Lee Gardens and train station.

The building exterior needs a repaint job. Wifi broke down but was made good thereafter
