Great location. morning market & night market just in steps. Private parking lots available.

The receptionist was lacked of smile.

Convenient location. Clean room. Very near to places where we want to visit or eat, some within short walking distance. Can easily get the TukTuk just outside the hotel.

One of the lower floor rooms (2nd floor) has smell coming from an opened window/door next to the lift connected to the next building storing some materials (?). Can also hear the sound (faintly) from the nightclub downstairs which only operate during the night.

Excellent location. Walk downstairs and you are surrounded with the vibrant street shopping and food. There is 7.11 and Watson just a few steps from hotel. The room is not affected by the busy street noise. Wing B 5th Floor was ok for us. Daily housekeeping was fabulous.

TV wasn't working but it wasn't a big deal as we were too tired by the time we got back to our room. Only one lift so it can get tricky if the hotel gets crowded. There's a karaoke open area near the lobby but no patrons when we were there. So not affected with any loud singing.

On the way to Pak Bara & Koh Lipe (from Phuket by flight) in Hat Yai I choose Grand Pink Hotel. The location is great in the city centre, near railway station and nightlife. I must add that conditionating air inside the room was pretty good whereas in the other near hotel was bad and I could not change tempereture risking to catch a cold and compromise my vacation in Lipe. I’ll be back to Grand Pink Hotel only !

the room is big, the bed is also big.. we were 3 and it big enough for us. the location is right in the middle of the town.. super duper convenient for us to walk around the city.. also they provide a safe parking area for our car.

lack of iron, i never encountered a big hotel who could not provide iron to customers.. but this hotel surprisingly did lol. they said some room already take it, and they didn’t have any extra./ they never replied to my messages thru Booking’s.. sad 🥲

AC was really great, really cold, location was really great, staff was really friendly and helpful

the bed is really on the hard side. the photos shown was the new wing, but I got the B block which is in the old wing

The location is strategic. 2 minutes walk to Lee Gardens. Parking was under the building. We took tuk-tuk or grab to go around. Food is nearby, Kim Yong market- within walking distance: hipsters cafe around, massage in front of the hotel. Everyone is so friendly. The room is spacious, clean and comfy. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

It is not a quiet room. The bar in front plays loud music. The lobby is at level 2, the lift is small. Prepare a deposit of 1000 baht per room as the deposit or need to put your passport at the counter.

the front staff so good, i couldt remember her name , as we book 5 room and arrive early she manage to give us 1 room to check in early ,, the housekeeping lady also so nice .. the room is so clean . location is near lee garden night market .. just go down from the lobby there 7E and watson nearby .. no need to worry about Halal food is so many infront lobby hotel pick this hotel if you want to food hunting

from day we check in i request to borrow iron but until we check out no iron be sent to our room .. thats all

strategic location. It is next to Lee Garden Plaza. Easy access to food, sourvenior shop, 7 eleven, odean shopping mall. Nice food all around walking distance. Ah Restaurant served good cooking chinese food and it's within walking from the hotel (recommended by message shop Lady boss), mini kim yong market within walking from the hotel. Go early in the morning and you will enjoy local breakfast, buy you favourite breakfast by the roadside and bring to the coffee shop and enjoy with cup of hot coffee. I like their dumpling (some are with meat and salted eggs) very delicious. Go inside the market things are cheap such as dried mushroom, dried longan, cashew nut.... etc. Do not buy this near Lee Garden very expensive.

DID NOT EXPECT THE HOTEL TO BE SO CLOSED TO LOTS OF THINGS. NO PROBLEM FINDING NICE FOOD DAY AND NIGHT, EXCELLENT PLACE FOR SHOPPING, EASY TO GET TRANSPORT. YOU WONT REGRET COMING TO THIS HOTEL
