This is my second time staying here. Located nearby Lee Garden but not disturbed by the night time crowd bustle. Has private parking area, which is suitable for those roadtrip-ing from Malaysia. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Hatyai :)

Had a problem with the AC in our room. Dripping water when switched on. Reported to staff and fixed upon our return to the room. Kudos to staff for their fast service! Otherwise, nothing bad to say about this hotel :)

The location is excellent (located in HatYai's centre), with easy access to most locations. I have stayed in this facility a few times, so I know what to expect. The room is spacious and clean, and the check-in and -out processes fairly straightforward.

We arrived early, so would have been great if we were given the flexibility of checking in early (even if we need to pay more) as the room was available (low-peak season). Also, it'd have been great if we were provided with a bottle opener.

excellent Hostel. We had a private double room with balcony and it was so comfy and clean. stayed 5 nights rather than 2! Close to markets and malls microwave and hot water for tea and coffee in large communal area, all very clean. Bed was so good and clean sheets (important to know in a hostel! lol) Great location Friendly staff Great value for money

i like the cleanliness, the room interior and how the location is very near to lee garden and kim yong market. just walking distance.

there’s no lift. we’re travelling with 2 kids & 3 luggage. it was really an experience to climb those stairs through 5 level. we were staying on level 5. cloth iron not provided in the room. you have to use the iron in the lobby area.

The stay was very strategic since it close to a lot of attractive places...the room was very clean and comfortable and the check in step is very easy.

Sometimes during midnight, there will be some noises around since it was near to tourists spot but still okay

The location right in city centre, walking distance to Lee Garden Night Market

No elevator, those have alot luggages might pose a challenge to climb 4th floor

Big room, good for family, clean, walkable distance to nearby Lee Garden area, free snacks for breakfast

Stairs...too bad if you stay at higher floor

No l2ift.....so u have 2 carried ur luggage beg up n down to 4th floor..next time will take note if im staying here...

I like the property bcause its located behind lee garden Hotel only so we can save money for trasport and easy tu access viral place.

No lift, but for me okey.
